मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय देंगे बिलासपुर शहर को नई सुविधाएं
रायपुर/ मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय 23 नवंबर को बिलासपुर को 143 करोड़ 68 लाख रूपये की लागत के अनेक विकास कार्यों की सौगात देंगे। मुख्यमंत्री बिलासपुर में आयोजित कार्यक्रमों के दौरान सकरी रोड, मिनोचा रोड, स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्पलेक्स, मिनी स्टेडियम, सिटी कोतवाली के पास निर्मित मल्टीलेवल पार्किंग और अरपा नदी तट पर निर्मित राम सेतु मार्ग का लोकार्पण करेंगे। श्री साय इस मौके पर लाल बहादुर शास्त्री स्कूल में राउत नाचा महोत्सव में शामिल होंगे।
रामसेतु मार्ग
अरपा उत्थान और तट संवर्धन प्रोजेक्ट अंतर्गत अरपा नदी के दांयी तरफ की सड़क का नाम रामसेतु मार्ग रखा गया है। रामसेतु मार्ग की लागत 49 करोड़ 98 लाख रूपये है, जिसमें फूटपाथ, डिवाइडर, स्ट्रीट लाइट, रिटेनिंग वॉल, पीचिंग और सौंदर्यीकरण कार्य शामिल है।
मिनी स्टेडियम
शहर के पुराने और प्रतिष्ठित शासकीय बहुउद्देशीय उच्चतर माध्यमिक शाला मल्टीपरपज़ स्कूल के मैदान को संवार कर बिलासपुर स्मार्ट सिटी लिमिटेड द्वारा 21 करोड़ 79 लाख रूपये की लागत से मिनी स्टेडियम का निर्माण किया गया है, जिसमें 14115 वर्ग मीटर का सर्व सुविधायुक्त क्रिकेट मैदान है जिसकी दर्शक क्षमता 850 है। यहां डे-नाईट मैच खेलने की सुविधा है। यहां इनडोर गेम्स जैसे स्नूकर, बिलियर्ड्स, टेबल टेनिस, स्क्वैश खेलने की सुविधा के साथ-साथ आधुनिक जिम बनाया गया है। इसके अलावा ट्रेनिंग हॉल का निर्माण किया गया है। इसी भवन में अलग से वीआईपी गैलरी,एनाउंसमेंट बॉक्स और पेंट्री रूम के साथ ही यहां बाहर से आने वाले खिलाड़ियों के लिए एक हॉस्टल बनाया गया है। यहां दो लॉन टेनिस कोर्ट बनाया गया है।
स्पोर्ट्स कांप्लेक्स
14 करोड़ 60 लाख रूपये की लागत से संजय तरण पुष्कर परिसर में स्पोर्ट्स कांप्लेक्स का निर्माण किया गया है, इस तीन मंजिला इस स्पोर्ट्स कांप्लेक्स के बेसमेंट में पार्किंग, ग्राउंड फ्लोर में रिसेप्शन और रेस्टोरेंट संचालित होगा। प्रथम तल में बैडमिंटन, स्क्वैश कोर्ट, टेबल टेनिस, स्नूकर, बिलियर्ड्स, द्वितीय तल में मल्टीपरपज हॉल, योगा, मैट गेम की सुविधा है। तीसरे तल में मनोरंजन की अनेक सुविधाएं है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि बिलासपुर स्मार्ट सिटी लिमिटेड द्वारा शहर में स्पोर्ट्स इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को मजबूत करने तीन बड़े प्रोजेक्ट पर काम किया गया है, जिनमें पिंक प्ले ग्राउंड का लोकार्पण पहले ही किया जा चुका है।
कोतवाली मल्टीलेवल पार्किंग
29 करोड़ 76 लाख की लागत से साढ़े तीन एकड़ में कोतवाली थाना परिसर में तीन मंजिला मल्टीलेवल कार पार्किंग बनाया गया है। ग्राउंड फ्लोर के अलावा सभी फ्लोर में पार्किंग की सुविधा दी गई है जिसमें 192 कार और 325 बाइक एक साथ पार्क की जा सकेगी। ग्राउंड फ्लोर को कमर्शियल कांप्लेक्स के तौर पर विकसित किया गया है जिसमें 46 दुकानों का निर्माण किया गया है।
उस्लापुर-सकरी सड़क
उस्लापुर रेल्वे ओव्हरब्रिज से लेकर सकरी बाईपास चौक तक 15 करोड़ 87 लाख की लागत से नगर निगम द्वारा सवा चार किमी सड़क का उन्नयन और चौड़ीकरण किया गया है। सड़क चौड़ीकरण और उन्नयन होने से राहगीरों को काफी राहत मिली है और ट्रैफिक जाम से मुक्ति मिली है। उन्नयन और चौड़ीकरण के तहत मार्ग की चौड़ाई बढ़ाई गई है, डिवाइडर बनाया गया है, स्ट्रीट लाइट और दोनों तरफ नाली निर्माण भी किया गया है।
मिनोचा कॉलोनी सहित अन्य रोड
11 करोड़ 68 लाख की लागत से शहर के विभिन्न सड़कों का डामरीकरण, उन्नयन, साइनेज, मिनोचा कॉलोनी रोड और रोटरी शामिल है, जिसमें प्रमुख रूप से महावीर नगर चौक से उस्लापुर ओव्हर ब्रिज तक 800 मीटर सड़क, डिवाइडर, स्ट्रीट लाइट और रोटरी शामिल है। शहर के विभिन्न सड़कों का डामरीकरण, साइनेज, रोड मार्किंग के कार्य शामिल हैं।
