एनएचएआई ने छत्तीसगढ़ में 1033 की सुविधाओं में किया विस्तार
एनएच-49 पर यात्रियों की सुरक्षा के लिए अत्याधुनिक एम्बुलेंस
बिलासपुर. 27 मई 2026. राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर सफर करने वाले यात्रियों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) की परियोजना कार्यान्वयन इकाई, बिलासपुर द्वारा अत्याधुनिक आपातकालीन चिकित्सा एम्बुलेंस सेवाओं का शुभारंभ किया गया है। इन्हें राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग- 49 पर बिलासपुर से रायगढ़ के बीच सफर करने वाले यात्रियों की आपातकालीन सहायता के लिए पाराघाट टोल प्लाजा और केसला टोल प्लाजा पर तैनात किया गया है।
परियोजना कार्यान्वयन इकाई, बिलासपुर के परियोजना निदेशक श्री मुकेश कुमार ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर सफर करने वाले प्रत्येक यात्री की जान और उनकी सुरक्षा एनएचएआई की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य राजमार्गों पर किसी भी आपात स्थिति में राहगीरों को तत्काल सहायता उपलब्ध कराना है। उन्होंने नागरिकों से अपील की है कि अगली बार जब आप राजमार्गों पर किसी लंबे सफर पर निकलें, तो अपनी गाड़ी की तकनीकी जांच करने के साथ-साथ अपने मोबाइल की स्पीड डायल लिस्ट में 1033 नंबर को जरूर सेव कर लें। क्योंकि जब हाइवे पर मुश्किलें रास्ता रोकती हैं, तो यही चार अंक संजीवनी बनकर आपकी मदद करते हैं।
राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों में सफ़र का साथी डायल 1033
टोल-फ्री डायल 1033 हाइवे पर 24×7 आपका सबसे भरोसेमंद साथी है। हाईवे पर अगर गाड़ी का टायर पंचर हो जाए या इंजन फेल हो जाए। अगर हाइवे पर कोई पेड़ गिर गया हो, मवेशी आ गए हों या कोई भारी मलबा पड़ा हो। यात्रा के दौरान अगर अचानक किसी सह-यात्री की तबीयत बिगड़ जाए। टोल प्लाजा या फास्टैग संबंधी कोई समस्या हो या हाइवे पर असुरक्षा महसूस हो रही हो, तो 1033 डायल करें।
कैसे काम करता है डायल 1033
जैसे ही कोई राहगीर 1033 नंबर पर फोन करता है, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) का कॉल सेंटर तुरंत हरकत में आ जाता है। फोन करने वाले व्यक्ति से हादसे की सही जगह (लोकेशन) पूछी जाती है और कुछ ही मिनटों में एम्बुलेंस या पेट्रोलिंग गाड़ी मदद के लिए मौके पर पहुँच जाती है। इसके जरिए राहगीर को तुरंत हर जरूरी मदद दी जाती है। अगर कोई घायल हो, तो उसे बिना देर किए पास के अस्पताल या ट्रॉमा सेंटर पहुँचाया जाता है। वहीं, अगर कोई दूसरी समस्या हो, तो क्रेन या पेट्रोलिंग गाड़ियों की मदद से उसे तुरंत दूर किया जाता है।
