रायपुर । राज्य पुलिस अकादमी चंदखुरी के निदेशक आईपीएस रतन लाल डांगी ने आज तथागत बुद्ध की समस्त मानव कल्याण की परंपरा को जारी रखने वाले एवं उनके संदेश को पुनर्स्थापित करने वाले महान समाज सुधारक संत रविदासजी की जयंती पर उन्हें सादर नमन किया है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि कार्ल मार्क्स से कई वर्षों पूर्व एक शोषण मुक्त , समानता पर आधारित, जातिविहीन, श्रम को महत्व देने वाले आदर्श राज्य की परिकल्पना संत रविदासजी ने किया , जिसे उन्होंने बेगमपुरा नाम दिया था। उन्ही के शब्दों में – मैं चाहता हूँ कि एक ऐसा आदर्श राज्य बेगम पुरा स्थापित किया जाये जहां किसी को कोई भी गम ना हो , सब लोग सभी प्रकार से प्रसन्न हों। ऐसे आदर्श राज्य में कोई व्यक्ति किसी भी प्रकार की व्यक्तिगत सम्पत्ति का मालिक ना हो , ना ही वहां किसी से किसी प्रकार का कोई कर लिया जाता हो। ना वहां अमीर हो , ना ही गरीब बल्कि सब समान हों , ना ही कोई ऊंचा हो , ना कोई नीचा। ना कोई दुःख , तकलीफ हो और ना ही जाति का रोग। ना ही कोई वहां किसी भी प्रकार का अन्याय हो , ना आतंक हो। ना किसी को कोई चिंता हो , ना ही किसी प्रकार की यातना की सोच। मेरे साथियों – मैंने ऐसे आदर्श राज्य को समझ लिया है और उसे पा लिया है , जहाँ पर सब कुछ न्यायोचित है आओ हम सब मिलकर ऐसे राज्य की स्थापना करें। हमारे बेगमपुरा में कोई दूसरे या तीसरे दर्जे का नागरिक नहीं है , बल्कि सब एक समान हैं। यह देश सदा हरा भरा आबाद और समृद्ध रहता है। यहाँ लोग अपनी इच्छा से जो चाहें व्यवसाय कर सकते हैं। जाति , धर्म , रंग , लिंग , भाषा , वेशभूषा आदि का यहां किसी पर कोई कोई प्रतिबन्ध नहीं। यहाँ कोई राजा या शासक नहीं होगा , जो मानवीय विकास के कार्यों में निरंकुश आचरण करे या आम नागरिकों को अपने अधीन समझे।” अंत में महानायक रविदास घोषणा करते हैं कि जो लोग हमारे इस बेगम पुरा आदर्श राज्य की परिकल्पना का समर्थन करते हैं वास्तव में वही हमारे अपने सगे हैं, अपने मित्र हैं। बताते चलें कि संत रविदास जी का जन्म माघ मास की पूर्णिमा तिथि संवत 1388 को हुआ था। इनके पिता का नाम राहू और माता का नाम करमा था। इनकी पत्नी का नाम लोना बताया जाता हैं इन्हें संत रविदास, गुरु रविदास, रैदास, रूहिदास और रोहिदास जैसे कई नामों से जाना जाता हैं। वे भक्तिकालीन संत और महान समाज सुधारक थे। संत रविदासजी ने भगवान की भक्ति में समर्पित होने के साथ अपने सामाजिक और पारिवारिक कर्त्तव्यों का भी बखूबी निर्वहन किया। इन्होंने लोगों को बिना भेदभाव के आपस में प्रेम करने की शिक्षा दी और इसी तरह से वे भक्ति के मार्ग पर चलकर संत रविदास कहलाये। उनके उपदेशों और शिक्षाओं से आज भी समाज को मार्गदर्शन मिलता है। उनके अनुसार किसी व्यक्ति का पूजन सिर्फ इसीलिये नहीं करना चाहिये क्योंकि वह किसी ऊंचे पद पर है। इसकी जगह अगर कोई ऐसा व्यक्ति है , जो किसी ऊंचे पद पर तो नहीं है लेकिन बहुत गुणवान है तो उसका पूजन अवश्य करना चाहिये।
रविदासजी कहते हैं कि निर्मल मन में ही भगवान वास करते हैं। अगर आपके मन में किसी के प्रति बैर भाव नहीं है , कोई लालच या द्वेष नहीं है तो आपका मन ही भगवान का मंदिर, दीपक और धूप है। उसी प्रकार कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी जाति में जन्म के कारण नीचा या छोटा नहीं होता है बल्कि किसी व्यक्ति को निम्न उसके कर्म बनाते हैं। इसलिये हमें सदैव अपने कर्मों पर ध्यान देना चाहिये। कर्म की प्रधानता-हमें हमेशा कर्म में लगे रहना चाहिये और कभी भी कर्म के बदले मिलने वाले फल की आशा नही छोड़नी चाहिये क्योंकि कर्म करना हमारा धर्म है तो फल पाना हमारा सौभाग्य है। रविदासजी के अनुसार राम , कृष्ण ,हरि , करीम , राघव सब एक ही परमेश्वर के अलग अलग नाम है ठीक वैसे ही वेद , कुरान , पुराण आदि सभी ग्रंथो में एक ही ईश्वर का गुणगान किया गया है। इस प्रकार सभी ईश्वर भक्ति के लिये सदाचार का पाठ सिखाते हैं। समस्त मानव जाति का कल्याण ऐसे महा पुरूषों के दिखाये रास्तों का अनुसरण से ही संभव होगा। महापुरूष किसी जाति या धर्म विशेष के नहीं होते बल्कि समस्त मानव जाति के होते हैं।
