पंचायत मंत्री ने दी गलत जानकारी,बिलासपुर में मनरेगा मजदूर को नहीं दिया 12 करोड़ का भूगतान,करेंगे उग्र आंदोलन- जिला पंचायत सभापति गौरहा
बिलासपुर/ सरकारी आंकड़ों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार प्रदेश के 33 जिलों में मनरेगा मजदूरों को 385 करोड़ 25 लाख 40 हजार 100 रुपयों का भुगतान किया जाना बाकी है। जानकारी देते चले की मजदूरों को दिया जाने वाला करोड़ो का लंबा चौड़ा भुगतान पिछले 5 महीनो से लंबित है। मजदूर अधिकारियों के चक्कर काटने को मजबूर है। मामले को लेकर जिला पंचायत सभापति अंकित गौरहा ने आंदोलन का ऐलान किया है।
बताते चले की मनरेगा मजदूरों का भुगतान का मामला अब धीरे धीरे तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है। बिलासपुर मनरेगा मजदूरों का मामला बीते दिनों जिला पंचायत सभापति अंकित गौरहा ने सामान्य सभा की बैठक में उठाया था। जवाब में जिला पंचायत मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी ने मजदूरों के भुगतान रोके जाने की बात से ना केवल इंकार किया। बल्कि एक दिन पहले बिलासपुर प्रवास के दौरान पंचायत मंत्री ने भी मजदूरों के भुगतान नही होने की बात से इनकार किया है। मामले को लेकर अब जिला पंचायत सभापति अंकित गौरहा ने मजदूरों के साथ आंदोलन का ऐलान कर दिया है।
अंकित ने बताया कि मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी का वर्ताव मजदूरों के प्रति काफी सौतेला है। मंत्री महोदय को भी गलत जानकारी दी गयी है। सच्चाई तो यह है कि बिलासपुर में ही मजदूरों का 12 करोड़ 65 लाख 7945 रुपयों का भुगतान किया जाना बाकी है। पिछले 5 महीने से बिलासपुर जिला के मनरेगा मजदूर पंचायत का चक्कर काट रहे है। लेकिन अब तक किसी का भुगतान नही किया गया है। जबकि गरीब मजदूर कंगाली में त्योहार मनाने को मजबूर है। अधिकारीयों के अड़ियल रवैया के चलते निश्चित रूप से पिछले 5 महीनो में पलायन को बढ़ावा मिला है।
मजदूरों को समय पर भुगतान नही किया गया तो मजदूरों के खिलाफ पंचायत मंत्री विजय शर्मा ने बिलापापुर प्रवास के दौरान दिए गए गलत बयान को लेकर उग्र आंदोलन करुगा। आंदोलन में मनरेगा मजदूर भी शामिल होंगे। जानकारी नही होने के कारण मंत्री के बयान से मजदूरों को भी झटका लगा है । मजदूरो को महसूस हो रहा है कि खून पसीने की कमाई डूब रही है। लेकिन ऐसा हरगिज होने नही दिया जाएगा।
इन 6 जिलों का रुका सर्वाधिक भुगतान
जानकारी देते चले की प्रदेश में कुल मनरेगा मजदूरों को 385 करोड़ 25 लाख 40 हजार 100 रुपयों का भुगतान किया जाना है। इसमें सर्वाधिक सूरजपुर जिला मनरेगा मजदूरों को 19 करोड़ 21 लाख 54 हजार 4790, बालोद जिला को 18 करोड़ 76 लाख 3 हजार 795 रुपये,कवर्धा जिला में 19 करोड़ 57 लाख 13 हजार 396 रुपया, सारंगढ़ बिलाईगढ़ जिला को 15 करोड़ 68 लाख 52 हजार 979 रुपये और राजनांदगांव जिला मनरेगा मजदूरो को 15 करोड़ 16 लाख 89 हजार 387 रुपयों का भुगतान किया जाना है। यह राशि 5 महीनों की है। जबकी रायपुर में 14 करोड़ 63 हजार 65 हजार 606 रुपये मजदूरो को दिया जाना है।
