भू-जल संरक्षण को बनाना होगा जनआंदोलन : विधायक सुशांत शुक्ला
जनप्रतिनिधियों और अधिकारियों ने कहा आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए पानी बचाना जरूरी
कलेक्टर ने दिलाई जल संरक्षण और स्वच्छता की शपथ
बिलासपुर, 15 मई 2026/जिले में भू-जल संवर्धन एवं ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से आज पंडित देवकीनंदन दीक्षित सभागृह शनिचरी बाजार में जिला स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण सह कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में बेलतरा विधायक सुशांत शुक्ला मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में मौजूद रहे। मस्तूरी विधायक दिलीप लहरिया, महापौर श्रीमती पूजा विधानी, नगर निगम सभापति विनोद सोनी, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष राजेश सूर्यवंशी, कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल, एसएसपी रजनेश सिंह, नगर निगम कमिश्नर प्रकाश कुमार सर्वे, जिला पंचायत सीईओ संदीप अग्रवाल, डीएफओ नीरज यादव, पार्षद बंधु मौर्य सहित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधि एवं अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। कार्यशाला में नगरीय निकायों के अध्यक्ष, जिला पंचायत और जनपद सदस्य सहित 154 ग्रामों के सरपंच, सचिव, रजिस्टर्ड आर्किटेक्ट, उप अभियंता, तकनीकी विशेषज्ञ, बिल्डर्स एवं बड़ी संख्या में अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। इस दौरान कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल ने उपस्थित लोगों को जल संरक्षण एवं स्वच्छता की शपथ दिलाई।
बतौर मुख्य अतिथि बेलतरा विधायक सुशांत शुक्ला ने कहा कि जल संरक्षण, स्वच्छता और सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी को केवल अभियान नहीं बल्कि जनआंदोलन बनाना होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि तेजी से घटते भू-जल स्तर और बढ़ती जल समस्या को देखते हुए अब प्रत्येक नागरिक को पानी बचाने के लिए जागरूक होना जरूरी है। वर्षा जल संचयन, तालाब संरक्षण और पौधरोपण जैसे कार्यों को प्राथमिकता देनी होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि आने वाली पीढ़ियों को सुरक्षित भविष्य देने के लिए आज से ही सामूहिक प्रयास करना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने सभी से आव्हान किया कि अपने विशेष दिन जैसे जन्मदिन, वर्षगांठ जैसे आयोजनों पर हमें एक पौधा जरूर लगाना चाहिए। मस्तूरी विधायक श्री दिलीप लहरिया ने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जल स्रोतों का संरक्षण अत्यंत आवश्यक है। गांवों में तालाब, कुएं और पारंपरिक जल संरचनाओं को संरक्षित कर जल संकट से बचा जा सकता है। महापौर श्रीमती पूजा विधानी ने कहा कि जल संरक्षण आज समय की सबसे बड़ी आवश्यकता है और इसे जनभागीदारी से ही सफल बनाया जा सकता है। जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्री राजेश सूर्यवंशी ने कहा कि जल संरक्षण और स्वच्छता को जनभागीदारी से ही सफल बनाया जा सकता है। उन्होंने लोगों से पौधरोपण, स्वच्छता और जल बचत को अपनी दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनाने की अपील की।
कलेक्टर श्री संजय अग्रवाल ने कहा कि भू-जल का अत्यधिक दोहन होने से जल स्तर लगातार नीचे जा रहा है। भविष्य में जल संकट से बचने के लिए हमें जल संरक्षण के लिए हमारे गांव और शहर के हिसाब से नई तकनीक को अपनाना होगा। हमारी आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए हमें एक दिशा में ठोस कार्य योजना बनाकर इसे क्रियान्वित करना होगा। तालाब, डबरी और वर्षा जल संचयन जैसी संरचनाओं को मजबूत करना जरूरी है। उन्होंने स्वच्छता, नशामुक्ति और सामाजिक जागरूकता को भी समय की आवश्यकता बताते हुए लोगों से कचरे का पृथक्करण और स्वच्छ वातावरण बनाए रखने की अपील की। एसएसपी श्री रजनेश सिंह ने कहा कि जिस प्रकार चोर सामान चुरा लेता है, उसी तरह हम धरती का पानी लगातार खत्म कर रहे हैं। आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए अभी से जल संरक्षण पर गंभीरता से कार्य करना होगा। उन्होंने साइबर अपराधों से सतर्क रहने, सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करने तथा नशे से दूर रहने की अपील की। नगर निगम कमिश्नर श्री प्रकाश कुमार सर्वे ने स्वागत उद्बोधन में कहा कि भू-जल संरक्षण और पर्यावरण सुरक्षा के लिए सामूहिक सहभागिता जरूरी है। वहीं नगर निगम के उपायुक्त खजांची कुमार ने कार्यशाला को जनजागरूकता की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण पहल बताया।
कार्यशाला में राजनांदगांव जिले के सहायक परियोजना अधिकारी फैज अहमद ने वी वायर टेक्नोलॉजी, पोंड विथ इंजेक्शन वेल सहित अन्य विभिन्न भू-जल संरक्षण संरचनाओं पर विस्तार से प्रशिक्षण दिया। उन्होंने जल संरक्षण के वैज्ञानिक तरीकों और वर्षा जल संचयन की उपयोगिता के बारे में जानकारी दी। उन्होंने आधुनिक तकनीक से नक्शे का तथ्यात्मक आंकलन, स्थल का चयन, ग्राम पंचायत की कार्ययोजना, संरचनाओं की स्वीकृति, संरचनाओं का निर्माण, संरचनाओं का उपयोग और उनके मरम्मत एवं संधारण के संबंध में विस्तार से प्रशिक्षण दिया।
