SECL एसईसीएल द्वारा किया गया कंज़्यूमर मीट का आयोजन

बिलासपुर । एसईसीएल द्वारा बुधवार दिनांक 25 मार्च 2025 को मुख्यालय बिलासपुर में कोयला उपभोक्ताओं के साथ बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित करने के उद्देश्य से एक कंज़्यूमर मीट का आयोजन किया गया। कोल इंडिया द्वारा विभिन्न अनुषंगी कंपनियों में कंज़्यूमर मीट के आयोजन को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है और इसी क्रम में एसईसीएल द्वारा इस बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।
बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे सीएमडी श्री जेपी द्विवेदी ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि एसईसीएल अपने उपभोक्ताओं के हितों को सबसे ऊपर रखती है और हम आपको समय पर हाई क्वालिटी कोल की आपूर्ति करने के लिए पूर्ति तरह से प्रतिबद्ध हैं। उन्होने इस आयोजन के लिए विक्रय एवं विपणन विभाग की टीम को बधाई दी एवं आगे भी इसी तरह के आयोजन करते रहने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।
एसईसीएल, निदेशक (तकनीकी संचालन) श्री एन फ्रैंकलिन जयकुमार ने आगंतुको को संबोधित करते हुए उपभोक्ता की समस्याओं के त्वरित निवारण की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया. वहीं निदेशक (वित्त) श्री डी सुनील कुमार ने अश्वासन दिया कि एसईसीएल उपभोक्ताओ की वित्त सम्बन्धी समस्याओं के निवारण के लिए पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है.
बैठक आरंभ में महाप्रबंधक (विक्रय एवम विपणन) श्री टी एस बहेरा ने उपभोक्ता एवं एसईसीएल के सम्बन्धो को और अधिक मजबूत बनाने की आवश्यकता पर प्रकाश डाला।
कंज़्यूमर मीट में 70 से अधिक कोयला उपभोक्ता कंपनियों के लगभग 200 प्रतिभागियों ने हिस्सा लिया। बैठक के दौरान कोल सप्लाई एवं गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन से जुड़े कार्यसंचालन के विभिन्न विषयों एवं बेहतर आपसी समन्वय पर चर्चा की गई। उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा विभिन्न विषयों पर फीडबैक एवं सुझाव भी प्रस्तुत किए गए जिनको अमल में लाने का आश्वासन दिया गया ।
