भिलाई/ छत्तीसगढ़ के भिलाई में पुलिस ने कुख्यात अपराधी अमित जोश को एनकाउंटर में मार गिराया है। पुलिस ने 16 राउंड फायरिंग की है। वहीं अमित ने 6-7 बार गोली चलाई है। एक गोली पुलिस की गाड़ी में भी धंसी। दुर्ग SP जितेंद्र शुक्ला ने क्राइम सीन इन्वेस्टिगेशन के लिए 3 सदस्यीय टीम गठित की गई है। मॉनिटरिंग सिटी ASP सुखनंदन राठौर कर रहे हैं।

CSP सत्य प्रकाश तिवारी ने बताया कि एनकाउंटर के बाद क्राइम सीन को सुरक्षित कर दिया गया है। घटना स्थल पर ब्लड के सैंपल, आरोपी के कपड़े और अन्य सामानों को जुटाया गया। FSL के डॉक्टर मोहन पटले ने सबूतों को फोरेंसिक जांच के लिए भेजा है।

CSP ने बताया कि पुलिस ने घटना स्थल से 8 से अधिक गोलियों के खोखे और बुलेट को जब्त किया है। इसके अलावा अमित जोश के गन से फायर बुलेट पुलिस की गाड़ी में धंसी थी। पुलिस ने उस बुलेट को भी बरामद किया है। सभी बुलेट को फोरेंसिक जांच के लिए भेजा गया है।

विधायक ने लिखा कि जिस बहादुरी के साथ ACCU की टीम ने अपराधी का सामना किया और जवाबी फायरिंग में मार गिराया वह सम्मान की हकदार है। साथ ही पुलिस के लिए चुनौती बने असामाजिक तत्वों के लिए कड़ा संदेश के साथ वर्दी पर हमला करने वालों को सबक भी है।

विधायक रिकेश सेन ने कहा कि 10 महीनों में दो-दो एसपी कॉन्फ्रेंस कर CM विष्णुदेव साय ने पुलिस को अपराधियों से कड़ाई से निपटने ताकीद कर दिया था। ऐसे हालातों में 35 अपराधों में लिप्त अमित जोश का एनकाउंटर अपराधियों के लिए एक बड़ा संदेश और पुलिस टीम की बहादुरी का प्रमाण भी है।

आरोपी को पकड़ने के लिए अलग-अलग टीम बनाई गई। जोश के ठिकाने पर छापेमारी की गई। लॉज से लेकर हर जगहों पर तलाशी की गई। इस दौरान शुक्रवार को पुलिस और आरोपी की जयंती स्टेडियम के पास आमना-सामना हो गया।

जोश ने पुलिस की एक टीम पर फायरिंग कर दी। जवाबी कार्रवाई में पुलिस की गोली आरोपी के पैर में लगी। इस दौरान आरोपी भागते हुए भी पुलिस पर 6-7 गोलियां चलाई। इसके बाद पुलिस ने जवाब में करीब 16 राउंड फायरिंग की। इसमें से आरोपी को 3 गोलियां लगी, जिससे उसकी मौत हो गई।

विश्रामपुर निवासी रमनदीप सिंह अपने दोस्त सुनील यादव और आदित्य सिंह से मिलने भिलाई आया था। सुनील यादव टेकीकॉम कंपनी का कर्मचारी है। आदित्य सिंह उड़ान अकादमी में पीएससी की तैयारी कर रहा है। रमनदीप के आने की खुशी में तीनों ने पार्टी की, फिर आधी रात को ग्लोब चौक से बाइक से घूमने निकले थे, इसी दौरान घटना हुई है।

पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक सेक्टर-6 निवासी अमित जोश निगरानी बदमाश है। उसके खिलाफ दुर्ग-भिलाई के अलग-अलग थानों में मारपीट और गंभीर अपराधों में करीब 35 केस दर्ज हैं। इसमें 25 भिलाई नगर थाने में FIR,4 सुपेला, 1 दुर्ग कोतवाली, नेवई थाना, कुर्सीपार 1, पदमनाभपुर में 2 FIR हैं।
