प्रयागराज — हमारी सरकार समाज के हर व्यक्ति के विकास के लिये उसके जीवन को आसान बनाने के लिये काम कर रही है। चाहे वह वरिष्ठजन हों या दिव्यांग हो या फिर आदिवासी। सभी भारतीयों की सेवा करना हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। विशेषकर दिव्यांगों की तकलीफों को सरकार ने समझा है। सरकार संवेदनशीलता से काम कर रही है।’ यह मेरा सौभाग्य है कि आज मांँ गंगा के किनारे आपके प्रधान सेवक के तौर पर मुझे हजारों दिव्यांगजनों व बुजुर्गजनों को उपकरण देकर सेवा करने का अवसर मिला।
उक्त बातें प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने आज प्रयागराज के परेड मैदान में दिव्यांगजनों को उपकरण प्रदान करने के बाद उनको संबोधित करते हुये कहा। उन्होने आगे कहा कि आज किसी को ट्राईसाइकिल , किसी को सुनने का , किसी को चलने का सहायक उपकरण मिला। यह सहयोगी उपकरण भर है जबकि आपका धैर्य और आपकी साहस ही महत्वपूर्ण है। भारत सरकार हर व्यक्ति के विकास के लिये कार्य कर रही है।एक दिन के इस अनूठे दिव्यांग महाकुंभ में एक साथ इतने लोगों को सहायता उपकरण बांटे जाने का वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड भी बना। गिनीज बुक आफ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड की टीम ने उसका सर्टिफिकेट भी प्रदान किया।
प्रयागराज के कार्यक्रमों में शामिल होने के बाद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी चित्रकूट के भरतकूप स्थित गोड़ा गांव पहुंँचे। यहां वे 297 किमी लंबे बुंदेलखंड एक्सप्रेस-वे के शिलान्यास के अलावा देश के किसानों के लिये किसान उत्पादक संगठन योजना शुरू किये।एक्सप्रेस-वे चित्रकूट, बांदा, महोबा, हमीरपुर, जालौन, उरई और इटावा जिले से होकर गुजरते हुये आगरा एक्सप्रेस-वे से जुड़ेगा। इस पर 15 हजार करोड़ रुपये की लागत आयेगी जो तीन साल में बनकर तैयार होगा।
इसके पहले प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी प्रयागराज के परेड मैदान में सामाजिक अधिकारिता शिविर के अंतर्गत आयोजित समारोह में शामिल होने प्रयागराज पहुँचे। बमरौली एयरपोर्ट पर उनका स्वागत उत्तरप्रदेश की राज्यपाल आनंदी बेन और मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने किया।
