नई दिल्ली — अयोध्या में श्रीराम मंदिर निर्माण के लिये नवगठित ट्रस्ट ‘राम मंदिर तीर्थ क्षेत्र’ की पहली बैठक रामलला के वकील रहे केशवन अय्यंगार परासरण के ग्रेटर कैलाश स्थित दिल्ली निवास में आज शाम 05:00 बजे संपन्न हुई। इस बैठक में महंत नृत्यगोपाल दास को ट्रस्ट का अध्यक्ष चुना गया जबकि विश्व हिन्दू परिषद नेता चंपत राय महामंत्री बनाये गये। वहीं प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के पूर्व प्रधान सचिव नृपेंद्र मिश्रा भवन निर्माण समिति के चेयरमैन नियुक्त किये गये जबकि कोषाध्यक्ष पद की जिम्मेदारी गोविंद गिरी को मिली है। बैठक में यह भी फैसला लिया गया है कि राम मंदिर निर्माण के लिये दान प्राप्त करने के लिये एक बैंक खाता अयोध्या की स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की शाखा में खुलवाया जायेगा। फिलहाल मंदिर निर्माण कब से शुरू होगा इस पर अभी फैसला नहीं हुआ है।
अगली बैठक पंद्रह दिन बाद अयोध्या में होगी जिसमें मंदिर निर्माण की तारीख का एलान किया जा सकता है। दिल्ली की फर्म शंकर अय्यर एंड कंपनी रंजीत नगर, पटेल नगर नई दिल्ली को ट्रस्ट के चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गयी। यह कंपनी ट्रस्ट के एकाउंट से संबंधित वैधानिक कार्यों को पूरा करेगी। बैठक में फैसला लिया गया कि अयोध्या धाम के स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया शाखा में ट्रस्ट का जो बैंक अकाउंट खोला जायेगा उसका संचालन स्वामी गोविंद देव गिरी जी, चंपत राय, डॉ. अनिल कुमार मिश्र में से किन्हीं दो के संयुक्त हस्ताक्षरों से होगा। भारत सरकार के प्रतिनिधि के रूप में अतिरिक्त सचिव गृह विभाग ज्ञानेश कुमार बैठक में शामिल हुये। श्रीराम मंदिर जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट की इस पहली बैठक में ट्रस्ट के सदस्यों के अलावा राम जन्मभूमि न्यास के अध्यक्ष नृत्य गोपालदास, अयोध्या के जिलाधिकारी अनुज झा और प्रमुख सचिव गृह अवनीश अवस्थी भी शामिल हुये। इन दोनों अधिकारियों ने उत्तरप्रदेश सरकार की तरफ से बैठक में प्रतिनिधित्व किया। बैठक में के. परासरन, स्वामी वासुदेवानंद जी महाराज, स्वामी परमानंद जी महाराज, स्वामी विश्व प्रसन्नतीर्थ जी महाराज, स्वामी गोविंद देव गिरी जी, महंत दिनेंद्र दास जी महाराज, विमलेंद्र मोहन प्रताप, डॉ. अनिल प्रताप मिश्रा एवं कमलेश्वर चौपाल भी मौजूद रहे। बैठक में सर्व प्रथम 1528 ई. से लेकर मौजूदा समय तक जिन संत महापुरुषों एवं राम भक्तों ने भव्य राम मंदिर के लिये अपना जीवन अर्पित किया उन सभी के प्रति श्रद्धांजली अर्पित की गई।
बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, केंद्र सरकार एवं उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की सजग भूमिका के लिए धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया गया। साथ ही देश की संवैधानिक संस्थाओं और न्यायिक व्यवस्था के प्रति विश्वास प्रकट किया गया। उल्लेखनीय है कि इस ट्रस्ट का गठन केंद्र की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार ने बीते पांच फरवरी को किया था। मंदिर के मुख्य पुजारी आचार्य सत्येंद्र नाथ ने कहा है कि मंदिर का निर्माण शुरू होने पर राम लला की प्रतिमा को मानस भवन के पास दूसरी साईट पर स्थानांतरित कर दिया जायेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि मंदिर निर्माण कार्य के लिये मौजूदा मंदिर स्थल को खाली करना होगा ताकि निर्माण कार्य में बाधा न आये। मानस भवन के पास एक अस्थायी मंदिर बनाया जायेगा जहां भव्य मंदिर का निर्माण होने तक देवता विराजमान रहेंगे।
