ब्लाक स्तर में भी होंगे रेडक्रास के मेडिकल स्टोर, दवाइयां कम कीमत में मिलेंगे : सोनमणि बोरा

रायपुर। इंडियन रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी के अध्यक्ष सोनमणि बोरा ने बुधवार को रेडक्रॉस भवन में रेडक्रॉस जिला सचिवों की बैठक ली। बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि रेडक्रॉस समिति द्वारा संचालित दवा दुकानों में दवाईयां कम से कम दरों में मिलना सुनिश्चित करें। यह दुकाने मूलतः गरीबों को ध्यान में रखकर संचालित की जाती है, अतः इसे बिना लाभ-हानि के आधार पर चलाया जाए। इसमें से ली जाने वाली सहयोग राशि की दर न्युनतम रखी जाएगी। इस निर्णय के पश्चात् कुछ दवाओं की कीमतें लगभग 50 से 90 प्रतिशत तक कम हो जाएंगे। बोरा ने कहा कि यह एक पुण्य कार्य है अतः हम आम जनता को जितनी सस्ती दवाई दे सकेंगे उतना ही अच्छा होगा। यह प्रयास करें की सभी दवाईयां उपलब्ध हो, चाहे जिन दवाईयों में लाभांश का प्रतिशत न्युनतम हो या उनकी बिक्री की दर कम हो। बोरा ने निर्देश दिया कि हर जिलों में न्युनतम दो और हर विकासखंड में एक-एक दवा की दुकानें प्रारंभ करें और दवा दुकानों की संख्या 33 से बढ़ाकर 100 की जाए। बोरा ने कहा कि सभी जिलों तथा प्रदेश मुख्यालय को मिलाकर रेडक्रॉस समिति द्वारा रक्त संग्रहण की क्षमता 12 हजार यूनिट है, इसे बढ़ाकर 25 हजार यूनिट तक किया जाए। एनसीसी, एनएसएस तथा विद्यार्थियों को रक्तदान महत्व बताएं और रक्तदान के लिए प्रेरित करें। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी द्वारा जो रक्त प्रदान किया जाता है उसके बदले रक्त नहीं लिया जाता। यह हमारी सबसे अनोखी विशेषता है।
बोरा ने कहा कि हर व्यक्ति को फर्स्टएड का प्रशिक्षण मिलना चाहिए। वे स्वयं भी इसका प्रशिक्षण लेंगे। यहां तक हर जिले के कलेक्टर, विभिन्न विभागों के जिलास्तरीय अधिकारी और एनसीसी, एनएसएस जैसे अन्य स्वेच्छिक संस्थाओं और अधिक से अधिक युवाओं को फर्स्टएड की प्रशिक्षण दे, ताकि किसी भी संकट के समय में रेडक्रॉस द्वारा प्रशिक्षित स्वयंसेवक तुरंत मदद प्रदान करें। एक फर्स्टएड का प्रशिक्षण मॉडल बनाए और इसे अभियान के रूप में चलाएं। उन्होंने इसका लक्ष्य 1 हजार से बढ़ाकर 10 हजार तक करने का निर्देश दिया। बोरा ने रेडक्रॉस में संचालित शव वाहन की समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि जिन जिलों में यह वाहन उपलब्ध नहीं है उनकी वैक्लिपक व्यवस्था जानकारी दे और प्रयास करें शव वाहन के साथ फ्रीजर की व्यवस्था करें। उन्होंने रेडक्रॉस समिति द्वारा संचालित वृद्धाआश्रम के संबंध में कहा कि जहां पर यह संचालित हो रहे है उन जिलों में आश्रम की क्षमता बढ़ाएं और साफ-सुथरा रखे और सेवा भाव से संचालित करे। वे स्वयं इनका निरीक्षण भी करेंगे। इस अवसर पर इंडियन रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी के सचिव प्रणव सिंह, राजभवन के उपसचिव रोक्तिमा यादव और प्रदेश भर से आए रेडक्रॉस समिति के सदस्य और अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
