हैदराबाद की गूंज दिल्ली संसद सदन तक, दोषियों को दे सरेआम सजा – जया बच्चन

हैदराबाद. में वेटनरी डॉक्टर के साथ गैंगरेप और मार कर जलाने का मामला संसद में भी गूंजा. शीतकालीन सत्र के सोमवार को लोकसभा में यह मुद्दा संसद में उठाया गया.साथ ही राज्यसभा में भी मामला गूंजा. लोकसभा में स्पीकर ओम बिरला ने कहा कि ‘देश में जो घटनाएं घट रही हैं, उस पर संसद भी चिंतित हैं. मैंने प्रश्न काल के बाद इस पर चर्चा की अनुमति दी है.’ वहीं राज्यसभा में सांसद जया बच्चन ने दुष्कर्म के दोषियों को सार्वजनिक सजा देने की बात कही.
समाजवादी पार्टी की राज्य सभा सांसद जया बच्चन ने कहा कि ‘मुझे लगता है कि यह समय है जब लोग चाहते हैं कि सरकार उचित और निश्चित जवाब दे.’ उन्होंने कहा कि ‘इस प्रकार के लोगों (बलात्कार के अभियुक्तों) को सार्वजनिक तौर पर सज़ा देने की जरूरत है.’
इससे पहले राज्यसभा में सभापति वेंकैया नायडू ने कहा कि ‘हैदराबाद में जो हुआ वह हमारे समाज और मूल्य प्रणाली के लिए अपमानजनक है. हमें देखना चाहिए कि ऐसी चीजें क्यों हो रही हैं और हमें उपायों की तलाश करनी चाहिए. मैं चाहता हूं कि सभी सुझाव दें.’ उन्होंने कहा कि ‘बलात्कारियों को कोई दया नहीं दी जानी चाहिए. कोई नया बिल नहीं चाहिए, बल्कि इच्छाशक्ति की आवश्यकता है.’
सदन में कांग्रेस समेत कई दलों ने यह मुद्दा उठाया. कांग्रेस नेता गुलाम नबी आजाद ने कहा कि ‘कोई भी सरकार या नेता नहीं चाहेगा कि ऐसी घटना उनके राज्य में घटित हो. यह समस्या सिर्फ कानून बनाने से हल नहीं हो सकती है. ऐसे कृत्यों को मिटाने के लिए, ऐसे अपराधों के खिलाफ एक साथ खड़े होने की जरूरत है.
