कलेक्टर के एक आदेश से शिक्षकों के होश उड़े, नही चलेगी बीमारी का बहाना

राजनांदगांव । कलेक्टर के एक आदेश ने बहानेबाज शिक्षकों के होश उड़ा दिये हैं। स्कूलों में ज्वाइनिंग के बजाय मेडिकल ग्राउंड पर ड्यूटी में बंक मारने वाले गुरूजी को अब हेल्थ सर्टिफिकेट के आधार पर ही ज्वाइनिंग मिलेगी। कलेक्टर जेपी मौर्य ने इस बाबत राजनांदगांव के CMHO को पत्र भेजकर निर्देशित किया है कि जो कोई शिक्षक मेडिकल बनाने के लिए पहुंचे, उनका सर्टिंफिकेट मेडिकल बोर्ड की अनुशंसा के आधार पर बनाया जाये।
कलेक्टर मौर्य के इस निर्देश ने बीमारी का बहाना बनाकर ड्यूटी से बचने वाले शिक्षकों में हड़कंप मचा दिया है। दरअसल जिले में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने के लिए कलेक्टर ने जिले के सुदूर इलाके मोहला, मानपुर व छुईखदान विकासखंड के प्राथमिक व माध्यमिक स्कूलों में कुछ शिक्षकों की तैनाती थी। ये वो स्कूल थे, जहां सरप्लस शिक्षक थे…उन शिक्षकों को सुदूर क्षेत्र में शिक्षकों की कमी से जूझ रहे स्कूलों में पदस्थ किया गया था।
कलेक्टर के निर्देश पर नहला लगाते हुए डिप्युटेशन पर भेजे गये शिक्षकों ने ज्वाइनिंग के बजाय मेडिकल ग्राउंड पर छुट्टी का आवेदन लगा दिया। कमाल की बात ये रही कि सभी शिक्षकों ने एक साथ मेडिकल लगा दिया। शिक्षकों के ज्वाइन नहीं करने की वजह से 8 नवंबर को कलेक्टर ने डिप्युटेशन के आदेश को शून्य घोषित कर दिया। इधर कलेक्टर का डिप्युटेशन आदेश निरस्त करने का आदेश जारी करना था, कि उधर शिक्षकों ने धड़ाध़ड़ मूल शाला में लौटना शुरू कर दिया।
शिक्षक जिन-जिन बीमारी का बहाना देकर ज्वाइनिंग से दूर रहे, वो मेडिकल सर्टिंफिकेट बनाकर मूल शाला में ज्वाइनिंग की जुगत में भिड़ गये। इधर कलेक्टर जेपी मौर्य को जैसे ही इसकी भनक लगी, उन्होंने इस बात आदेश सीएमएचओ को जारी कर दिया कि जो भी शिक्षक मेडिकल सर्टिंफिकेट बनवाने आये, उन्हें पहले मेडिकल बोर्ड में पेश किया जाये, पूरा परीक्षण किया जाये और फिर जाकर सर्टिफिकेट बनाया जाये।
