लखनऊ – सिटी मोन्टेसरी स्कूल के तत्वावधान में ‘विश्व के मुख्य न्यायाधीशों का चार दिवसीय 21वाँ अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन’ 06 से 09 नवम्बर 2020 तक आनलाइन आयोजित किया जा रहा है। देश के रक्षामंत्री राजनाथ सिंह आज सायं 05.00 बजे इस ऐतिहासिक सम्मेलन का आनलाइन उद्घाटन करेंगे जबकि लखनऊ की महापौर श्रीमती संयुक्ता भाटिया उद्घाटन समारोह की अध्यक्षता करेंगी। विभिन्न देशों के समय अन्तराल को ध्यान में रखते हुये परिचर्चाओं का दौर भारतीय समय के अनुसार प्रातः 10.00 बजे से दोपहर 12.00 बजे तक तत्पश्चात अपरान्हः 2.00 बजे से सायं 5.00 बजे तक एवं रात्रि 7.00 बजे से 9.00 बजे तक चलेगा।
सम्मेलन में 63 देश बनेगा प्रतिभागी
सिटी मोन्टेसरी स्कूल के संस्थापक , प्रख्यात शिक्षाविद एवं अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश सम्मेलन के संयोजक डा० जगदीश गांधी ने पत्रकार वार्ता में बताया कि इस अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में विभिन्न देशों के राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री ,संसद अध्यक्ष ,संसद सदस्य , न्यायमंत्री ,इंटरनेशनल कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश एवं विश्व प्रसिद्ध शांति संगठनों के प्रमुखों समेत 63 देशों के मुख्य न्यायाधीश , न्यायाधीश व कानूनविद आनलाईन अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज करायेंगे। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि चार दिनों तक चलने वाला यह अधिवेशन ‘भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 51’ पर आधारित और ऐतिहासिक सम्मेलन विश्व एकता, विश्व शान्ति एवं विश्व के ढाई अरब से अधिक बच्चों के सुन्दर एवं सुरक्षित भविष्य को समर्पित है। उनके अनुसार न्यायिक बिरादरी के सहयोग से ही विश्व में एकता व शान्ति की स्थापना हो सकती है। विश्व समुदाय आज विभिन्न वैश्विक समस्याओं व विषम परिस्थितियों से जूझ रहा है जिसका समाधान और प्रभावशाली अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय कानून व्यवस्था एवं विश्व संसद के माध्यम से और न्यायपालिका के सहयोग से ही संभव हो सकता है। इस अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में कोरोना महामारी के बाद की वैश्विक विश्व व्यवस्था पर विशेष रूप से चर्चा-परिचर्चा की जायेगी। सम्मेलन के प्रतिभागी देशों में अफगानिस्तान, अल्जीरिया, अर्जेन्टीना, आस्ट्रेलिया, बेनिन, भूटान, बोलिविया, बोस्निया एण्ड हर्जेगोविना, ब्राजील, कैमरून, सेन्ट्रल अफ्रीकन रिपब्लिक, कम्बोडिया, कोमोरोस, कांगो, कोस्टारिका, क्रोएशिया, इक्वाडोर, इजिप्ट, इश्वातिनी, फिजी, जर्मनी, घाना, गुयाना, हैती, इजराइल, इटली, जापान, किर्गिज रिपब्लिक, लिेसोथो, लीबिया, मलावी, माल्टा, मारीशियाना, मारीशस, मैक्सिको, मंगोलिया, मोरक्को, मोजाम्बिक, नेपाल, नीदरलैण्ड, पेरू, फिलीपीन्स, रूस, सियरा लिओन, स्लोवेनिया, सोमालिया, साउथ अफ्रीका, साउथ कोरिया, साउथ सूडान, सूडान, सूरीनाम, स्विटजरलैण्ड, ताईवान, तंजानिया, थाईलैण्ड, टोगो, त्रिनिदाद एण्ड टोबैगो, टर्की, यूनाइटेड किंगडम, युगांडा, यू.एस.ए., जाम्बिया एवं भारत प्रमुख हैं।
डा . गाँधी के अनुसार सम्मेलन में न्यायविदों की परिचर्चा का दौर कल 07 नवम्बर से प्रारम्भ होगा। कल 07 नवम्बर के प्रातःकालीन सत्र के उद्घाटन हेतु प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री योगी आदित्य नाथ जी को प्रातः 10.00 बजे आमन्त्रित किया गया है। इस अवसर पर राज्यसभा सदस्य श्री सुधांशु त्रिवेदी विशिष्ट अतिथि होंगे। उसके बाद अपरान्हः सत्र का शुभारम्भ मुख्य अतिथि व राजस्थान के राज्यपाल श्री कलराज मिश्र द्वारा अपरान्ह 02:00 बजे किया जायेगा। सायंकालीन सत्र का शुभारम्भ मुख्य अतिथि श्री हृदय नारायण दीक्षित, विधानसभा अध्यक्ष, उ.प्र. द्वारा सायं 07.00 बजे किया जायेगा। वहीं 08 नवम्बर को प्रातःकालीन सत्र का उद्घाटन मुख्य अतिथि डा. दिनेश शर्मा, उप-मुख्यमंत्री, उ.प्र. द्वारा प्रातः 10:00 बजे किया जायेगा जबकि सायंकालीन सत्र का उद्घाटन मुख्य अतिथि श्री बृजेश पाठक, कानून एवं न्यायमंत्री, उ.प्र. द्वारा सायं 07:00 बजे किया जायेगा। सम्मेलन के आखिरी दिन 09 नवम्बर को प्रातःकालीन सत्र का उद्घाटन मुख्य अतिथि प्रो. बलराज चैहान, वाइस-चांसलर, धर्मशास्त्र नेशनल ला यूनिवर्सिटी, जबलपुर मध्य प्रदेश द्वारा प्रातः 10:00 बजे, अपरान्ह सत्र का उद्घाटन प्रो. आलोक कुमार राय, वाइस चांसलर, लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा अपरान्ह 03:00 बजे एवं सायंकालीन सत्र का उद्घाटन मुख्य अतिथि प्रो. सुबीर के. भटनागर, वाइस चांसलर, डा. राम मनोहर लोहिया नेशनल लाॅ यूनिवर्सिटी, लखनऊ द्वारा सायं 07.00 बजे किया जायेगा।
