13 फ़रवरी विश्व रेडियो दिवस: सूचना का साथी, समुदायों का पुल
बिलासपुर, 13 फरवरी 2026/हर वर्ष 13 फरवरी को विश्व रेडियो दिवस मनाया जाता है। यह दिन केवल एक संचार माध्यम का उत्सव नहीं, बल्कि उन अनगिनत आवाज़ों का सम्मान है जो तरंगों के सहारे सीमाओं को पार कर दिलों तक पहुंचती हैं। तकनीक के तीव्र विस्तार और डिजिटल क्रांति के इस दौर में भी रेडियो अपनी सादगी, सहजता और आत्मीयता के कारण आज भी प्रासंगिक है। रेडियो अब मोबाइल ऐप पर भी उपलब्ध है और वेब के जरिए किसी भी केंद्र को दुनिया के किसी भी कोने में सुना जा सकता है। रेडियो एक ऐसा माध्यम है, जो केवल सूचना नहीं देता, बल्कि संवेदनाएं भी संप्रेषित करता है। ग्रामीण अंचलों से लेकर महानगरों तक, रेडियो ने हर वर्ग के लोगों को जोड़ने का कार्य किया है। विशेष रूप से किसानों के लिए प्रसारित होने वाले कार्यक्रम, जैसे ‘किसानवाणी’, कृषि संबंधी नवीन जानकारियां और मौसम पूर्वानुमान उपलब्ध कराकर उन्हें सशक्त बनाते हैं। महिलाएं, युवा और बच्चे सभी के लिए रेडियो पर विविध विषयों पर आधारित कार्यक्रम प्रसारित होते हैं, जो ज्ञान, जागरूकता और मनोरंजन का संतुलित समन्वय प्रस्तुत करते हैं।
आकाशवाणी बिलासपुर की कार्यक्रम निदेशक डॉ सुप्रिया भारतीयन ने रेडियो को जनसंचार का सशक्त माध्यम बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि रेडियो एक संतुलित एवं विश्वसनीय जनसंचार माध्यम है, जो सूचना, शिक्षा और मनोरंजन का समन्वित स्वरूप प्रस्तुत करता है। इसकी सरलता, सुलभता और व्यापक पहुंच ही इसकी सबसे बड़ी शक्ति है। बदलते तकनीकी परिवेश में भी रेडियो ने अपनी आत्मीयता और विश्वास को बनाए रखा है।
आकाशवाणी बिलासपुर के लोकप्रिय कार्यक्रम ‘किसानवाणी’ में बैसाखू भैया ने कहा कि रेडियो आवाज़ की ऐसी दुनिया है, जो श्रोताओं को भावनात्मक रूप से जोड़ती है। डिजिटल युग में भी इसकी प्रासंगिकता बनी हुई है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब लोग पहचान कर स्नेहपूर्वक संबोधित करते हैं, तो वह आत्मीय क्षण रेडियो की ताकत का प्रमाण होता है।राजू भैया ने कहा कि रेडियो देववाणी के समान है, यह ऐसा माध्यम है, जो सीमित संसाधनों में भी अधिकतम लोगों तक सूचना, शिक्षा और मनोरंजन पहुंचाता है। जितू भैया ने रेडियो को स्वस्थ मनोरंजन का सशक्त माध्यम बताया वहीं महंगू भैया ने कहा कि आधुनिक तकनीकों के विस्तार के बावजूद रेडियो की जनता की आवाज है। आकाशवाणी के माध्यम से युवाओं, महिलाओं और विशेषकर किसानों के लिए विविध कार्यक्रम प्रसारित किए जाते हैं। ‘किसानवाणी’ कार्यक्रम से जुड़े हजारों किसान इससे लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि आकाशवाणी के किसानवाणी कार्यक्रम में किसानों से संवाद के लिए कलाकारों के ऐसे नाम रेडियो पर रखे जाते हैं जिससे वे आत्मीय जुड़ाव महसूस कर सकें और उन्हें अपना मित्र समझें।
