बिलासपुर- छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के प्रवक्ता विकास तिवारी ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी के अंदर हो रही सतही गुटबाजी पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस विधायक विकास उपाध्याय द्वारा पूर्व लोक निर्माण मंत्री राजेश मूणत के कार्यकाल में एक्सप्रेस हाईवे में हुवे भ्रष्टाचार और कमीशनखोरी जनता के समक्ष उजागर करने के लिये थाने में रमन सरकार के पूर्व लोक निर्माण मंत्री राजेश मूणत के खिलाफ नामजद आवेदन प्रस्तुत करके आरोपी बनाने के आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया और रमन सरकार के समय के कमीशन खोर अधिकारियों पर भी जांच करके कड़ी कार्यवाही करने हेतु आवेदन पुलिस विभाग को दिया है।
प्रवक्ता विकास तिवारी ने कहा कि आश्चर्य जनक बात है कि जिस दिन कांग्रेस विधायक विकास उपाध्याय सहित कांग्रेस के कई नेतागण रमन सरकार के समय बने एक्सप्रेस हाईवे में हुवे घोटाले के खिलाफ थाने में आवेदन दे रहे थे उसी दिन भाजपा के मीडिया विभाग के एक कार्यकर्ता जिसके द्वारा पहले एक गरीब निजी कंपनी के कर्मचारी को अपनी गाड़ी के नीचे कुचला फिर पुलिस की एक कर्तव्यनिष्ठ महिला अधिकारी को धमकाने चमकाने लगा और एक पत्रकार द्वारा उसकी गुंडागर्दी उजागर करने की खबर पोर्टल न्यूज़ में लगाई गयी तो पत्रकार को अपमानित करने और उसी पर पुलिस रिपोर्ट करने को आमादा हो गया पर पुलिस की उस कर्तव्यनिष्ठ महिला अधिकारी द्वारा जब निर्दोष पत्रकार पर केस नही दर्ज होने की बात की तो उसे ही भाजपा के मीडिया विभाग के कार्यकर्ता द्वारा धमकाया गया जिसकी शिकायत उस अधिकरी ने की और प्रकरण दर्ज भी करवाया गया पर भाजपा के मीडिया विभाग के सीनियर प्रवक्ता और पूर्व विधायक श्रीचंद सुंदरानी द्वारा अपने पूर्वमंत्री राजेश मूणत पर लगे गंभीर आरोप पर पलटवार करना उचित नही समझा शायद हो सकता है कि एक्सप्रेस हाईवे में कमीशन खोरी की तनातनी रही होगी और अपने उस मीडिया विभाग के कार्यकर्ता जिस पर एक ही दिन में चार गंभीर धाराओं के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज हुवा जिस पर एक कर्तव्यनिष्ठ महिला पुलिस अधिकारी को धमकाने-चमकाने के आरोप लगे उसे अपने विज्ञप्ति के माध्यम से निर्दोष साबित करने का कुचसीत प्रयास किया गया भाजपा प्रवक्ता श्रीचंद सुंदरानी अपने में भाजपा कार्यकर्ता पर लगे गंभीर धाराओं के तहत दर्ज प्रकरण को खारिज करने की मांग की जो कि न्याय पालिका की व्यवस्थाओं को ही चुनौती देने जैसा ही है।
प्रवक्ता विकास तिवारी ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी से पूछा कि क्या कारण है कि भाजपा के मीडिया विभाग द्वारा अपने वरिष्ठ मंत्री पर लगे भ्रष्टाचार और कमीशन खोरी के गंभीर आरोप पर चुप्पी साधना उचित समझा और अपने ही मीडिया विभाग के एक कार्यकर्ता जिस पर एक गरीब कर्मचारी को गाड़ी से कुचलने,पत्रकार पर एफआईआर करवाने और एक कर्तव्यनिष्ठ महिला पुलिस कर्मी को धमकाने चमकाने के दर्ज हुवे गंभीर प्रकरण पर खुलकर बचाव किया गया है। कहि भाजपा प्रवक्ता श्रीचंद सुंदरानी ने पूर्वमंत्री राजेश मूणत से अपनी उपेक्षा और नही प्राप्त हुवे कमीशन का बदला तो नही लिया है।
