सराफा महासम्मेलन 2026 : शहर में जेम्स एंड ज्वेलरी पार्क का भरोसा – उपमुख्यमंत्री अरुण साव व विजय शर्मा हुये शामिल
बिलासपुर।मंगला स्थित रामदेव लॉन में रविवार को छत्तीसगढ़ सराफा एसोसिएशन की वर्तमान कार्यकाल की तृतीय आमसभा के अवसर पर सराफा महासम्मेलन-2026 आयोजित हुआ। 2 साल बेमिसाल, तीसरा साल बनेगा नई मिसाल’ थीम पर हुए सम्मेलन में प्रदेशभर से सैकड़ों सराफा व्यापारी शामिल हुए।बिलासपुर सराफा एसोसिएशन और प्रदेश की विभिन्न क्षेत्रीय इकाइयों के तत्वावधान में हुए इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि डिप्टी सीएम अरुण साव व विजय शर्मा रहे। वहीं विशिष्ट अतिथियों में बिल्हा विधायक धर्मलाल कौशिक, तखतपुर विधायक धर्मजीत सिंह, बेलतरा विधायक सुशांत शुक्ला, क्रेडा अध्यक्ष भूपेंद्र सवन्नी, पूर्व विधायक कृष्ण कुमार बांधी सहित अन्य शामिल रहे।प्रदेश अध्यक्ष कमल सोनी ने अपने संबोधन में राज्य सरकार द्वारा जेम्स एंड ज्वेलरी पार्क के लिए भूमि आवंटन पर आभार जताते हुए इसे शीघ्र शुरू करने की मांग की। उन्होंने बिलासपुर में भी जेम्स एंड ज्वेलरी पार्क स्थापित करने व स्थानीय कारीगरों के संरक्षण और पारंपरिक व्यापार को बढ़ावा देने स्वर्णकला बोर्ड के गठन की मांग रखी। इस पर उपमुख्यमंत्री अरुण साव ने बिलासपुर जेम्स एंड ज्वेलरी पार्क की फाइल को आगे बढ़ाने का आश्वासन दिया। छतीसगढ़ सराफा एसोसिएशन सराफा महा सम्मेलन 2026 में अतिथियों ने पोस्टर का विमोचन किया। समारोह में वरिष्ठजनों का हुआ सम्मान 50 यूनिट रक्तदान भी किया गया। 
कार्यक्रम में संस्थापक सदस्यों, पूर्व अध्यक्षों, वरिष्ठ सराफा व्यवसायियों और प्रदेश की विभिन्न जिला इकाइयों का सम्मान किया गया। साथ ही बीआईएस और जीएसटी अधिकारियों ने कार्यशाला आयोजित कर हॉलमार्किंग, कर व्यवस्था और नए नियमों की जानकारी दी गई। अंत में साई ब्लड एंड कंपोनेंट सेंटर के सहयोग से रक्तदान शिविर लगाया गया। इसमें 50 से अधिक यूनिट रक्त संग्रहित किया गया, जिसे जरूरतमंद मरीजों को दिया जाएगा। इस आयोजन में जिला बिलासपुर सराफा एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष कल्याण सिंह, सचिव दीपक सोनी, कोषाध्यक्ष आलोक सोनी और कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष श्रीकांत पाण्डेय की मुख्य भूमिका रही। प्रांतीय टीम से प्रदेश सचिव प्रकाश गोलछा, प्रदेश कोषाध्यक्ष हर्षवर्धन जैन, प्रदीप घोरपड़े (चेयरमैन), संजय कुमार कानूनगो, उत्तम चंद भंडारी, मदन अग्रवाल, राजू डुग्गड, राजेश सोनी, सुनील सोनी और मीडिया प्रभारी आलोक सोनी ने भी योगदान दिया।
नियमों का दुरुपयोग रोकने व सरलीकरण की मांग की सम्मेलन में व्यापारियों ने बीएनएस की धारा 317 (पूर्व आईपीसी की धारा 411 से संबंधित प्रावधान) के दुरुपयोग को रोकने और नियमों के सरलीकरण की मांग उठाई। इस पर डिप्टी सीएम व गृहमंत्री विजय शर्मा ने संबंधित विभाग से चर्चा कर व्यापारियों की समस्याओं के समाधान का भरोसा दिलाया। समापन सत्र में केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री तोखन साहू ने कहा कि बिलासपुर के विकास के लिए हरसंभव प्रयास किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि सराफा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष कमल सोनी ने जिस तरह से सराफा व्यापारियों को एकजुट किया है वह काफी सकारात्मक हैं।
