राजस्व प्रकरणों का तय समय-सीमा में हो निराकरण: राजस्व मंत्री टंक राम वर्मा
राजस्व मंत्री के औचक निरीक्षण से रायपुर तहसील कार्यालय में हड़कंप डायवर्सन में देरी पर SDM को फटकार
रायपुर, 25 मई 2026/ राजस्व मंत्री टंक राम वर्मा ने आज रायपुर तहसील कार्यालय और नवीन संभाग आयुक्त कार्यालय का औचक निरीक्षण किया। मंत्री के इस अचानक दौरे से प्रशासनिक अमले में हड़कंप मच गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान राजस्व मामलों के निपटारे में कछुआ गति और लापरवाही सामने आने पर मंत्री ने गहरी नाराजगी जताई। उन्होंने आम जनता से जुड़े नामांतरण, त्रुटि सुधार, सीमांकन और बंटवारे जैसे संवेदनशील प्रकरणों में हो रहे विलंब को लेकर अधिकारियों को आड़े हाथों लिया और इन्हें शीघ्र निपटाने के कड़े निर्देश दिए। विशेष रूप से डायवर्सन (व्यपवर्तन) के मामलों में बेहद धीमी प्रगति पाए जाने पर मंत्री ने अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (SDM) रायपुर को जमकर फटकार लगाई।
कार्यालयों में साफ-सफाई और फाइलों के रखरखाव दुरुस्त करने के निर्देश
निरीक्षण के दौरान राजस्व मंत्री ने कार्यालय परिसर की साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था का भी जायजा लिया। उन्होंने परिसर में फैली गंदगी और फाइलों के अव्यवस्थित रखरखाव पर अप्रसन्नता व्यक्त की। मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को कड़े निर्देश दिए कि आम जनता की सुविधा के लिए कार्यालय में स्वच्छ वातावरण और बैठने की उचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए, साथ ही सभी शासकीय दस्तावेजों व फाइलों को पूरी तरह व्यवस्थित रखा जाए।
विभिन्न शाखाओं और कोर्ट का सघन निरीक्षण
तहसील कार्यालय की कार्यप्रणाली को बारीकी से समझने के लिए राजस्व मंत्री स्वयं भुइयां शाखा, कानूनगो शाखा, WBN शाखा और मालजमादार शाखा पहुंचे। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने तहसीलदार और नायब तहसीलदार न्यायालयों का भी सघन निरीक्षण किया। अदालती कार्यवाही की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने साफ कहा कि राजस्व कोर्ट में सुनवाई निरंतर होनी चाहिए ताकि तारीख-पे-तारीख के चक्कर में आम जनता को परेशान न होना पड़े। लोग सुबह से आकर शाम तक बैठे रहते हैं और सुनवाई किए बिना अगली तारीख दे दी जाती है, यह रवैया बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
लंबित मामलों को शून्य करने का लक्ष्य
निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने आंकड़ों का ब्यौरा देते हुए बताया कि तहसील में अब तक दर्ज कुल 65,390 मामलों में से 64,702 का निराकरण किया जा चुका है और वर्तमान में केवल 688 मामले लंबित हैं। इस पर मंत्री ने बचे हुए सभी लंबित मामलों को भी समय-सीमा के भीतर तत्काल शून्य करने का टारगेट दिया।
जनता से सीधा संवाद और त्वरित निराकरण
मंत्री ने न केवल फाइलों को खंगाला, बल्कि परिसर में मौजूद आम जनता के बीच पहुंचकर उनसे सीधा संवाद भी किया। उन्होंने लोगों की शिकायतें और समस्याएं सुनीं और मौके पर ही मौजूद अधिकारियों को उनके त्वरित निराकरण के निर्देश दिए।
संभाग आयुक्त को राजस्व कार्यों का रोडमैप तैयार करने के निर्देश
तहसील कार्यालय के बाद मंत्री ने नवीन संभाग आयुक्त कार्यालय का रुख किया। वहां उन्होंने लंबित राजस्व मामलों को समय-सीमा के भीतर निपटाने के लिए संभाग आयुक्त को निर्देशित किया। कामकाज में कसावट लाने और कप्तानी की निगरानी को मजबूत करने के साथ ही मंत्री ने संभाग आयुक्त को संभाग के सभी जिलों में राजस्व कार्यों की वास्तविक प्रगति का एक स्पष्ट रोडमैप तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए।
