अमित बघेल को अंतरिम जमानत, शर्तों के साथ रिहाई—रायपुर में नहीं करेंगे निवास
रायपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय ने जोहार छत्तीसगढ़ पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष एवं छत्तीसगढ़िया क्रांति सेना के संस्थापक अमित बघेल को राहत देते हुए 3 माह की अंतरिम जमानत प्रदान की है. बता दें कि रायपुर के वीआईपी चौक में छत्तीसगढ़ महतारी की प्रतिमा के तोड़-फोड़ की घटना के परिप्रेक्ष्य में एफआईआर दिया गया था. उक्त प्रकरण में कुल 14 एफआईआर दर्ज की गई थीं, जो कि थाना तेलीबांधा, कोतवाली तथा देवेन्द्र नगर द्वारा पंजीबद्ध की गई है.
उच्च न्यायालय में हुई सुनवाई में दोनों पक्षों को विस्तृत रूप से सुने जाने के उपरांत अमित बघेल को 3 माह की अंतरिम जमानत प्रदान किया है. साथ ही न्यायालय ने यह शर्त भी लगाई गई है कि इस अवधि के दौरान वे रायपुर जिला की भौगोलिक सीमा के भीतर निवास नहीं करेंगे, अपवादस्वरूप उन्हें अधीनस्थ न्यायालय के समक्ष निर्धारित तिथियों पर उपस्थिति हेतु जिले में प्रवेश की अनुमति होगी.
अमित बघेल की ओर से अधिवक्ता हर्षवर्धन परगनिहा ने पक्ष प्रस्तुत किया, जबकि आपतिकर्ता की ओर से सुनील ओटवानी तथा राज्य की ओर से अतिरिक्त महाधिवक्ता प्रवीण दास ने पैरवी की.

दरअसल, 26 अक्टूबर 2025 को रायपुर के VIP चौक पर छत्तीसगढ़ महतारी की मूर्ति से तोड़फोड़ की गई थी. इसकी जानकारी मिलते ही अगले दिन अमित बघेल मौके पर पहुंचे और जमकर हंगामा किया. इस दौरान बघेल समर्थक और पुलिसकर्मियों के बीच झड़प भी हुई. हंगामे के बाद छत्तीसगढ़ महतारी की मूर्ति दोबारा स्थापित की गई. पुलिस ने अगले दिन सुबह राम मंदिर के पास से आरोपी को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया था. आरोपी मानसिक रूप से बीमार था और उसने नशे में मूर्ति तोड़ी थी.
प्रदर्शन के दौरान अमित बघेल ने अग्रवाल समाज और सिंधी समाज पर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी की थी, जिसके बाद देशभर में अग्रवाल समाज और सिंधी समाज भड़क उठा था. रायपुर, रायगढ़ और सरगुजा समेत कई जिलों और राज्यों में समाज के लोगों ने विरोध जताते हुए FIR दर्ज कराई थी. सिंधी समाज के पदाधिकारियों ने कोतवाली थाने में अमित बघेल के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कराई थी.
