6 अक्टूबर से 13 अक्टूबर तक हुई ईस्ट जोन इंटर यूनिवर्सिटी कबड्डी महिला पुरुष टूर्नामेंट।
नौ राज्यों के 1600 खिलाड़ियों ने लिया हिस्सा
बिलासपुर / डॉ सीवी रमन विश्वविद्यालय के जोन इंटर यूनिवर्सिटी कबड्डी प्रतियोगिता में सीवी रमन विश्वविद्यालय की महिला और पुरुष दोनों टीमों ने शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए ऑल इंडिया के लिए क्वालीफाई कर लिया है । आल इंडिया कबड्डी पुरुष वर्ग का गलगोटिया विश्वविद्यालय नोएडा में 13 से 17 अक्टूबर तक तथा महिला वर्ग का 2 से 7 नवंबर तक लद्दाख कारगिल में आयोजित है।
इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए डॉक्टर सी वी रमन विश्वविद्यालय के कुल सचिव डॉ अरविंद कुमार तिवारी ने बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय को ईस्ट जोन इंटर यूनिवर्सिटी टूर्नामेंट की मेजबानी मिली है जिसमें कि नौ राज्यों के कुल 60 से अधिक विश्वविद्यालय के खिलाड़ियों ने हिस्सा लिया। यह टूर्नामेंट 6 अक्टूबर से लेकर 14 अक्टूबर तक आयोजित किया गया जिसमें की 6 अक्टूबर से 9 अक्टूबर को पुरुष वर्ग एवं 11 अक्टूबर से 13 अक्टूबर तक महिला वर्ग का टूर्नामेंट आयोजित किया गया। इस दौरान 1600 से अधिक खिलाड़ियों और अधिकारियों ने हिस्सा लिया। उन्होंने बताया कि बहुत ही हर्ष की बात है , कि महिला और पुरुष वर्ग के दोनों टूर्नामेंट में डॉ सी वी रमन विश्वविद्यालय ने ऑल इंडिया क्वालीफाई कर लिया है।
पुरुष वर्ग कबड्डी में ऑल इंडिया के लिए चार टीमों ने क्वालीफाई किया है। जिसमें एमजी काशी विद्यापीठ उत्तर प्रदेश, आजमगढ़ विश्वविद्यालय उत्तर प्रदेश, वीबीएस जौनपुर विश्वविद्यालय उत्तर प्रदेश और डॉ सीवी रमन विश्वविद्यालय बिलासपुर छत्तीसगढ़ शामिल है । इसी तरह महिला वर्ग में चार टीमों ने ऑल इंडिया क्वालीफाई किया है जिसमें डॉ सी वी रमन विश्वविद्यालय छत्तीसगढ़, अटल बिहारी वाजपेई विश्वविद्यालय बिलासपुर छत्तीसगढ़ एलएन मिथिला दरभंगा विश्वविद्यालय बिहार, और पंडित रविशंकर शुक्ल विश्वविद्यालय रायपुर छत्तीसगढ़ शामिल है।
ज्ञात हो कि आल इंडिया कबड्डी पुरुष वर्ग का गलगोटिया वि वि नोएडा में 13 से 17 अक्टूबर तक तथा महिला वर्ग का 2 से 7 नवंबर तक लद्दाख कारगिल में आयोजित है। इस टूर्नामेंट में शामिल होने के लिए डॉक्टर सी वी रमन विश्वविद्यालय की टीम रवाना हो चुकी है। आज के मैच में ऑल इंडिया यूनिवर्सिटी संगठन से आए पर्यावेक्षक डॉ अनिमल हक कलकत्ता, डॉ प्रमोद तिवारी संचालक शारीरिक शिक्षा अटल बिहारी वाजपेई वि वि, डॉ जय शंकर यादव संचालक शारीरिक शिक्षा सीवी रमन विश्व विद्यालय, डॉ ब्रम्हेश श्रीवास्तव,समस्त प्राध्यापक विभिन्न वि वि के क्रीड़ा अधिकारी, शारीरिक शिक्षा विभाग के समस्त विद्यार्थी प्राध्यापक, आदि उपस्थित थे।

इस अवसर पर उपस्थित विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर प्रदीप कुमार घोष ने कहा ,कि यह वक्त हर्ष करने का है। लेकिन उससे अधिक संघर्ष के लिए तैयार होने का भी है, क्योंकि ऑल इंडिया क्वालीफाई के बाद चयनित टीमों और खिलाड़ियों को और अधिक मेहनत करना होगा। इसलिए विद्यार्थी यहां से अधिक से अधिक ऊर्जा और संघर्ष लेकर जाएं।
