उद्यानिकी महाविद्यालय एवं अनुसंधान केन्द्र, कुनकुरी में विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस पर विविध आयोजन
जशपुर । आज दिनांक 05 जून 2025 को उद्यानिकी महाविद्यालय एवं अनुसंधान केन्द्र, कुनकुरी में अधिष्ठाता डा रविन्द्र तिग्गा के सफल मार्गदर्षन में विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस मनाया गया। इस अवसर पर श्रीमती अनिता सिंह, जिला पंचायत सदस्य, श्री भरत सिंह, जिलाध्यक्ष, श्री उपेन्द्र यादव, पूर्व जिला पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष एवं अन्य जनप्रतिनिधियों की उपस्थिति में महाविद्यालय एवं प्रक्षेत्र विकास स्थल ग्राम ढ़ोढ़ीडांड़ में विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। अतिथियों द्वारा लोगों को अधिक से अधिक वृक्षारोपण के लिए प्रोत्साहित किए, विश्व सुरक्षा के लिए पौध रोपण के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला गया साथ ही लगाए गए सभी पौधे की देखरेख के लिए बच्चों को प्रेरित किए।
इस वर्ष की थीम ’’एक मां पेड़ के नाम 2.0’’ के अनुरुप इस कार्यक्रम में पर्यावरण संरक्षण और टिकाऊ कृषि प्रणालियों पर जोर दिया गया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत वृक्षारोपण अभियान से हुई। जिसमें फलदार एवं वानिकी पौधे जैसे खम्हार, करौंदा, काॅफी, लिची, आम, इमली, आंवला, बांस आदि पौधें का पौधरोपण किया गया।
इस कार्यक्रम में महाविद्यालय के सहायक प्राध्यापक डा. जोनसन लकड़ा, श्री परमेश्वर गोरे अतिथि शिक्षक डाॅएम युगल किषोर लोधी, डा शुभी सिंह, डा शशिकला लकड़ा, डा. दीपक कुमार जायसवाल, डा राहुल कुमार गुप्ता, कु. प्रतिक्षा भगत एवं समस्त वर्ष के छात्र-छात्राएं उपस्थित रहे।
