कीटनाशक दवाओं का पर्याप्त भंडारण के कड़े निर्देश
बलोदा बाजार- राजस्थान के रास्ते महाराष्ट्र और मध्य प्रदेश पहुंचा टिड्डी दल इस समय नागपुर गोंदिया और कटनी तथा वारासिवनी के आसमान पर मंडरा रहा है। हरियाली की खोज में पहुंचे इस खतरनाक टिड्डी दल की दस्तक छत्तीसगढ़ के एकदम करीब होती देखते हुए राज्य शासन ने सभी जिलों से कीटनाशक दवाओं की उपलब्धता की जानकारी मंगाई है। कृषि विभाग को दिए सलाह में कहा गया है कि कीटनाशक दवाओं की उपलब्धता को लेकर वे लगातार विक्रेताओं के साथ संपर्क बनाए रखें।
राज्य सरकार का कृषि मंत्रालय इस समय महाराष्ट्र और मध्यप्रदेश के आसमान में उड़ रहे टिड्डी दल की गतिविधियों और उनके आगे बढ़ने की दिशा का अध्ययन कर रहा है। मंत्रालय ने हवाओं की गति और इन टिड्डी दलों की सक्रियता वाले इलाकों और बढ़ने की दिशा पर ध्यान रखते हुए प्रदेश के सभी जिला मुख्यालयों से अपने-अपने जिलों की कीटनाशक दवाई बेचने वाली संस्थानों से संपर्क बनाए रखने का निर्देश दिया है। इसमें कहा गया है कि वे सलाह के मुताबिक जिन दवाओं को नियंत्रण के लिए प्रभावी माना गया है उसकी पर्याप्त उपलब्धता बनाए रखने में संस्थानों की मदद करें। मैदानी अमलों को भी सतर्क रहने का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।
तीन दल तीन राज्य
राजस्थान से एक दल के रूप में निकल कर तबाही मचाने के बाद महाराष्ट्र और मध्य प्रदेश पहुंचने के बाद यह दल तीन भागों में बंट गया है। पहला दल इस समय मध्य प्रदेश के कटनी वारासिवनी और बालाघाट के आसपास मंडरा रहा है। दूसरा दल महाराष्ट्र के अमरावती नागपुर और गोंदिया तक पहुंच चुका है। अमरावती में जहां इसने हरे भरे पेड़ों पर डेरा जमाया हुआ है तो नागपुर में संतरे की तैयार फसल पर भी इसकी नजर पड चुकी है। उत्तर प्रदेश के मिर्जापुर गाजीपुर के आसपास तीसरा दल पहुंच चुका है। इस तरह तीन दलों में विभक्त होकर हरियाली की खोज में निकला यह टिड्डी दल हर जगह तबाही मचा रहा है।
दो दल दो रास्ते
महाराष्ट्र के गोंदिया और नागपुर में सक्रिय टिड्डी दल ने हवाओं की गति यदि अपने अनुकूल पाई तो यह राजनांदगांव जिला मैं प्रवेश कर सकता है जबकि मध्य प्रदेश के कटनी बालाघाट की सीमा के आसमानी रास्ते से यह कबीरधाम जिले में प्रवेश कर सकता है। यहां भी इसे इस दूसरे रास्ते के माध्यम से छत्तीसगढ़ प्रवेश के लिए पूर्वी हवाओं की मदद की जरूरत पड़ेगी। जो इस समय सुबह दोपहर और शाम तीनों ही समय अपनी दिशा बदल रही है। बावजूद इसके विभाग अलर्ट पर है।
जिलों से मंगाई जानकारी
राजधानी स्थित विभाग मुख्यालय ने जिलों के विभाग प्रमुखों से अपने अपने क्षेत्र की कीटनाशक दवाएं बेचने वाली संस्थानों के पास कीटनाशक दवाओं की उपलब्धता की जानकारी मंगवाई है। दिए गए सलाह के अनुसार जरूरी दवाओ की उपलब्धता के लिए विक्रेताओं को हर संभव मदद के लिए निर्देशित किया गया है तो यह भी आदेश जारी किया गया है कि जिन दवाओं की कमी है उसकी सूची बनाकर तत्काल मुख्यालय भेजें ताकि उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
फॉरेस्ट क्रॉप पर नजर
जो टिड्डी दल देश के 4 राज्यों में तबाही मचाने के बाद आगे बढ़ रहा है उसकी नजर अब जंगलों और शहरी क्षेत्रों की हरियाली पर लगी हुई है। अमरावती में इसने पहला हमला किया है जहां पर अमलतास शिरीष और बबूल के हरे भरे पेड़ इस हमले के बाद ठूंठ बन चुके हैं। अब तक उपलब्ध जानकारी के अनुसार इसने गुजरात महाराष्ट्र राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश की लगभग 47हजार 308 हेक्टेयर की फसलों का सफाया कर डाला है इस नुकसान के बाद नजर अब हरे-भरे जंगलों पर है जहां हरी पत्तियों के साथ अमलतास बबूल सहित दूसरी प्रजातियों के बड़े पेड़ों पर पत्तियों का लगना चालू हो चुका है।
