प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना का लाभ लेने का अंतिम अवसर, फसल बीमा कराने हेतु अब केवल 5 दिन शेष
रायपुर, 25 जुलाई 2026।छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना अंतर्गत फसल बीमा कराने के लिए अब केवल 5 दिन शेष हैं। जिले के किसान 31 जुलाई 2026 तक अपनी फसलों का बीमा करा सकते हैं। जिले में धान (सिंचित एवं असिंचित), मक्का, उड़द एवं मूंगफली फसलों को अधिसूचित किया गया है। योजना का लाभ ऋणी, अऋणी, भू-धारक कृषक, बटाईदार एवं वनपट्टाधारी कृषक भी ले सकते हैं। प्राकृतिक आपदा से फसल को नुकसान होने की स्थिति में किसान 72 घंटे के भीतर केंद्र सरकार के टोल फ्री नंबर 14447 पर सूचना देकर दावा प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर सकते हैं। इस वर्ष अल-नीनो के कारण मौसम में अनिश्चितता बनी हुई है। मानसून के देर से आने, समय से पहले समाप्त होने तथा फसल अवधि के दौरान लंबे समय तक वर्षा नहीं होने जैसी परिस्थितियां बनने की संभावना है। ऐसे में प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना किसानों के लिए सुरक्षा कवच का कार्य कर सकती है।
योजना के अंतर्गत फसल की बुवाई नहीं हो पाने, पौध रोपाई में विफलता, स्थानीय आपदाओं जैसे सूखा, जलप्लावन, ओलावृष्टि आदि तथा फसल कटाई के बाद होने वाले नुकसान पर भी बीमा दावा राशि प्राप्त की जा सकती है। उप संचालक कृषि, सक्ती ने जिले के सभी किसानों से समय रहते अपनी फसलों का बीमा कराने की अपील की है। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से उन किसानों से भी योजना का लाभ लेने का आग्रह किया है, जो गत वर्ष फसल बीमा योजना से असहमति आवेदन के कारण बाहर हो गए थे। मौसम की अनिश्चितता को देखते हुए फसल सुरक्षा एवं क्षतिपूर्ति के लिए फसल बीमा कराना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने बताया कि जिन किसानों ने कृषि ऋण लिया है, वे संबंधित सेवा सहकारी समिति अथवा संबंधित बैंक के माध्यम से अपना पंजीयन करा सकते हैं। वहीं जिन किसानों ने किसी भी प्रकार का ऋण नहीं लिया है, वे अपने क्षेत्र के लोक सेवा केंद्र, बैंक, वित्तीय संस्थान अथवा बजाज जनरल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी के प्रतिनिधियों से संपर्क कर बीमा करा सकते हैं।
किसान स्वयं भी भारत सरकार के प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। अऋणी किसानों के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेजों में आधार कार्ड, बैंक पासबुक, भूमि संबंधी दस्तावेज, बी-1 एवं पी-2 तथा फसल विवरण शामिल हैं। किसान अपने क्षेत्र के ग्रामीण कृषि विस्तार अधिकारी से संपर्क कर निकटतम सीएससी सेंटर अथवा संबंधित बैंक के माध्यम से भी फसल बीमा करा सकते हैं।
