बिल्हा जनपद के बाहुबली जनप्रतिनिधिओं का गजब खेल
590/-₹ बिल भुगतान चेक बन जाता है 500590 -/₹ का
मिलकर डकारने वालों का जबरदस्त जुगलबंदी – बिल्हा जनपद में जनप्रतिनिधियों का सीईओ पर एफआईंआर कराने हेतु लगा पत्रों ताता अब तक लगभग 31 लाख डकार चुके हैं, उस मद का जिसे केंद्र सरकार 2015 से ही बंद कर चुकी है ।
बिलासपुर। हाई प्रोफाइल होते जा रहे बिल्हा जनपद पंचायत फर्जी आहरण व करोड़ों का हेरा फेरी प्रकरण, आज सरकार गम्भीता से जाँच व ऑडिट करे तो दूध का दूध व पानी का पानी हो सकता है । पूर्व सीईओ अधिकारियों के कार्यकालों के भुगतान की आडिट होनी चाहिये । मिली भगत से दो दशक से लगातार जनप्रतिनिधि बनते आ रहे बाहुबली जनप्रतिनिधि का हौसला बुलंद होते जा रहा है। अस्मिता वेब न्यूज़ की खबर पढ़कर बौखलाए हिस्सेदार जनप्रतिनिधियों का कुनबा या ये कहे मिलकर डकारने वालों का गिरोह सीईओ बिल्हा पर एफआईंआर करने हेतु पत्रों ताता लगा दिए हैं । शायद इस बहाने अपने आप को पाक साफ और बेदाग बताने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं । गौर करने वाली बात यह है कि बाबू ने चेक गलत आहरण किया तो जनप्रतिनिधियों के पेट में मरोड़ क्यों आ रही है। जाहिर सी बात है वर्षों से लूट मचाए थे वर्तमान के सीईओ ने सख्ती की तो बौखलाए जनप्रतिनिधि FIR तक पहुंच गए। वही प्रकरण की जांच दल आती है, तो टीम को अपने कक्ष में बुलाकर बयान अपने अनुसार दर्ज कराते हैं ।
ये सब खेल हमें किंस दिशा को संकेत करता है……?
जाहिर सी बात है फर्जी चेक प्रकरण की जांच प्रशासनिक कार्य है – लेखाधिकारी, जी आर शांडिल्य बाबू ,सीईओ बिल्हा व जिला पंचायत बिलासपुर के प्रशासनिक अमला जांच करे ।
सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी अनुसार लेखा विभाग का उक्त बाबू के चार कार्यकाल के जनप्रतिनिधि की सांठगांठ से विगत अनेक वर्षों से करोड़ों का वारा न्यारा करते आ रहे हैं । सख्त प्रशासक बिल्हा सीईओ, जिला पंचायत सीईओ व कलेक्टर के नाक के नीचे बिल्हा में ₹590 का फोटो कॉपी का बिल ₹500590 /- आहरण कर पाना बाबु शांडिल्य की बस की बात नही है । जब तक गिरोह के बाहुबली जनप्रतिनिधि के सह और समर्थन न हो। फिरहाल जिला पंचायत बिलासपुर सीईओ ने जाँच के आदेश दिए हैं।

बिल्हा जनप्रतिनिधियों का अमला ने अस्मिता और स्वाभिमान पत्रिका का हवाला देते हुए । सीओ बिल्हा पर FIR करने की बात कही है ।
ज्ञात हो कि सीईओ बिल्हा बीआर वर्मा ने किसी तरह की कार्यालय दस्तावेज की प्रति अस्मिता और स्वाभिमान को उपलब्ध नहीं कराई है। यह हमे जिला पंचायत बिलासपुर के अपने सूत्रों के माध्यम से उपलब्ध हुई है।
