न्यायिक व्यवस्थाओं का लिया जायजा: जस्टिस सचिन सिंह राजपूत ने रायगढ़ न्यायालयों एवं जिला जेल का किया निरीक्षण
रायगढ़।माननीय जस्टिस सचिन सिंह राजपूत, माननीय न्यायाधीश, उच्च न्यायालय छत्तीसगढ़, बिलासपुर एवं पोर्टफोलियो जज, जिला रायगढ़ द्वारा दिनांक 25 एवं 26 जुलाई 2026 को रायगढ़ जिले के विभिन्न न्यायालयों तथा जिला जेल, रायगढ़ का वार्षिक निरीक्षण किया गया। दिनांक 25 जुलाई 2026 को माननीय न्यायाधिपति महोदय द्वारा जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय, रायगढ़, बाह्य न्यायालय घरघोड़ा तथा बाह्य न्यायालय खरसिया का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान न्यायालयों की कार्यप्रणाली, आधारभूत संरचना, अभिलेखों के संधारण, न्यायिक प्रशासन तथा न्यायालयीन व्यवस्थाओं का अवलोकन किया गया। इस अवसर पर माननीय न्यायाधिपति महोदय ने न्यायिक अधिकारियों, अधिवक्तागण, न्यायालयीन कर्मचारियों एवं न्यायालय में उपस्थित पक्षकारों से सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में चर्चा कर उनकी समस्याओं, सुझावों एवं आवश्यकताओं की जानकारी प्राप्त की। उन्होंने न्यायिक कार्यों के त्वरित, प्रभावी एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण निष्पादन, न्यायालयीन प्रशासन में दक्षता तथा न्यायिक सेवाओं को अधिक सुगम एवं जनोन्मुखी बनाए जाने के संबंध में आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन एवं निर्देश प्रदान किए।
दिनांक 26 जुलाई 2026 को माननीय न्यायाधिपति महोदय द्वारा जिला जेल, रायगढ़ का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने जेल परिसर की विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं का अवलोकन करते हुए निरुद्ध बंदियों के स्वास्थ्य, भोजन, स्वच्छता, आवास, चिकित्सा सुविधाओं तथा अन्य मूलभूत व्यवस्थाओं की जानकारी प्राप्त की। उन्होंने बंदियों से सीधे संवाद कर उनकी समस्याओं एवं आवश्यकताओं के संबंध में जानकारी ली तथा उनके त्वरित एवं समुचित निराकरण हेतु जेल प्रशासन को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। एवं माननीय श्री जस्टिस ने जेल में बंदियों के लिए बनाये गए भोजन को स्वयं ग्रहण कर गुणवत्ता की जांच किये.
माननीय न्यायाधिपति महोदय का यह निरीक्षण न्यायिक प्रशासन की कार्यक्षमता को सुदृढ़ करने, न्याय वितरण प्रणाली को अधिक प्रभावी एवं जनोन्मुखी बनाने तथा बंदियों के संवैधानिक एवं विधिक अधिकारों के संरक्षण की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण एवं प्रेरणादायी रहा।
