जगन्नाथपुरी — नारद परिब्राजकोपनिषद स्मृति के आधार पर धर्म का पहला लक्षण है धृतिः अर्थात धैर्य और विज्ञान का, आधुनिक विज्ञान का, वेदविहीन विज्ञान का पहला लक्षण है धैर्य पर कुठाराघात, धैर्य का विलोप। जीवन को दिव्य बनाने के लिये, किसी दिव्य राष्ट्र की संरचना एवं स्वस्थ क्रांति के लिये धैर्य की पराकाष्ठा चाहिये। महायन्त्रों का प्रचुर आविष्कार और प्रयोग करते करते प्रगति का, धर्म का, अध्यात्म का मूल जो धैर्य है इसी का विलोप हो जाता है। अर्थात सन्मार्ग पर चलने योग्य व्यक्ति का जीवन ही शेष नहीं रहता। इलेक्ट्रॉन, प्रोटॉन, न्यूट्रॉन, ये सब हमारे यहाँ सत्वगुण, रजोगुण, तमोगुण है। भगवद्गीता के अट्ठारहवें अध्याय के अनुसार जब तमोगुण छा जाता है तब बुद्धि सर्वथा विपरीत ज्ञान प्राप्त करता है। व्यक्ति विकास को विनाश, विनाश को विकास, भय को अभय, अभय को भय, धर्म को अधर्म, अधर्म को धर्म, अर्थ को अनर्थ, अनर्थ को अर्थ व्यक्ति समझने लगता है। इसी का नाम हमनें वेदविहीन विज्ञान दिया है।
