अधिक मूल्य में नमक बेचने पर हुई दुकान के खिलाफ ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई, एफआईआर दर्ज
नमक की कमी के नाम पर अपवाह ना फैलाये होगी कड़ी कार्रवाई
बलौदाबाजार/भाटापारा। जिला कलेक्टर कार्तिकेया गोयल ने बताया की जिला में ना राज्य में किसी भी तरह नमक की भंडारण में कोई कमी नही है। लोग अनावश्यक रूप से अधिक मात्रा में नमक खरीदने से बचें। यह केवल एक अफ़वाह फैलाया गया है। की नमक की कमी होने वाली है। जिसका वास्तविकता से कोई संबंध नही है। जिला के सभी दुकानों, सरकारी राशन दुकानो में पर्याप्त मात्रा में नमक उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित है। जिला के सभी व्यापारी नमक को अधिक दाम में बेचने से एवं उसके अधिक मात्रा में भंडारण करने से बचें। ऐसे करने पर उनके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम के तहत किया जा सकता हैं। साथ ही कलेक्टर ने सख्त चेतावनी देते हुए कहा। कि कोई भी व्यक्ति सोशल मीडिया एवं अन्य माध्यमों से नमक की कमी का अफ़वाह ना फैलाये। अफ़वाह फैलाये जाने पर आईटी एक्ट एवं साथ ही महमारी एक्ट के तहत भी कार्रवाई किया जायेगा।आज इसके लिए पुलिस प्रशासन की ओर से व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप में पैनी नजर रखी जा रही है।
नमक की कालाबाज़ारी एवं अधिक मूल्यों में बेचने की शिकायतो को लेकर जिला में विभिन्न जगहों में कार्रवाई किया गया। जिसमें आज बलौदाबाजार तहसीलदार गौतम सिंह के नेतृत्व में पुलिस,खाद्य,नगरीय निकाय विभाग सँयुक्त की टीम द्वारा दुकानों का निरीक्षण किया गया। जिसमें कुछ दुकानों में नमक को अधिक मूल्यों में बेचने की शिकायत सही पायी गयी। जिसके लिए नगर के दो दुकान लक्ष्मी जनरल स्टोर्स एवं महाराज किराना स्टोर्स पर 5 हज़ार-5 हजार का जुर्माना लगाया गया। उसी तरह भाटापारा तहसीलदार प्रवीण तिवारी के नेतृत्व में टीम द्वारा नगर में बड़ी कार्रवाई करतें हुए।
अधिक मात्रा में नमक संग्रह एवं सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन ना करतें हुए अफवाह उड़ाने पर कृषि उपज मंडी के पास स्थित किराना दुकान अशोक नागवानी पिता मूलचंद नागवानी के खिलाफ पहली एफआईआर दर्ज कराया गया। इस पर भारतीय दंड संहिता धारा 188 एवं महमारी एक्ट के धारा 3,छत्तीसगढ़ पब्लिक हेल्थ एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई किया गया है। उसी तरह लवन तहसीलदार द्वारा भी लाहोद स्थित राम विशाल साहू किराना दुकान के खिलाफ जुर्माना लगाया है।
