पुलवामा में जारी एनकाउंटर के बीच सुरक्षाबलों को बड़ी कामयाबी मिली है। सुुत्रो के मुताबिक हिज्बुल मुजाहिदीन का कमांडर रियाज नायकू (Riyaz Naikoo) को एनकांउटर में ढेर कर दिया गया है। इसे हंदवाड़ा (Handwara Encounter) में भारतीय जवानों की शहादत का बदला माना जा रहा है। पुलवामा में जारी एनकाउंटर के बीच श्रीनगर में भी मोबाइल इंटरनेट सेवा बंद कर दी गई है। बता दें कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में दो जगहों पर आतंकियों और सुरक्षाबलों के बीच मुठभेड़ चल रही है। एक जगह पर सुरक्षाबलों ने एक आतंकी को मार गिराया। जबकि दूसरी जगह पर हिज्बुल मुजाहिदीन के आतंकी रियाज नायकू की तलाश में सुरक्षाबलों ने घेराबंदी कर रखी थी। इसके बाद खबर मिली कि सुरक्षाबलों ने रियाज नायकू को एनकाउंटर में ढेर कर दिया। हालांकि अभी आधिकारिक पुष्टि आनी बाकी है।
रात से जारी है एनकाउंटर
सूत्रों के अनुसार सुरक्षाबलों को हिज्बुल मुजाहिदीन के टॉप कमांडर रियाज नाइकू के छिपे होने की जानकारी मिलने के बाद ऑपरेशन शुरू हुआ। मंगलवार रात 11 बजे ऑपरेशन शुरू किया और रात सवा बारह पर आतंकियों से मुठभेड़ शुरू हुई। इस जगह पर करीब 14-15 घर हैं, जहां से नागरिकों को पहले सही सलामत बाहर निकाल लिया गया था। ऑपरेशन अभी भी जारी है।
हंदवाड़ा में शहीद हुए थे जवान
बता दें कि इससे पहले रविवार को जम्मू-कश्मीर के हंदवाड़ा में सुरक्षाबलों और आतंकियों के बीच हुई मुठभेड़ में दो आतंकियों को मार गिराया गया। लेकिन इस एनकाउंटर में सेना के एक कर्नल और मेजर समेत 5 सुरक्षाकर्मी शहीद हो गए थे। इस मुठभेड़ में शहीद हुए लोगों में सेना के 2 जवान और जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस के एक कमांडो भी शामिल थे।
इसके बाद हंदवाड़ा जिले में सोमवार को एक बार फिर आतंकियों ने सुरक्षाबलों पर हमले की वारदात को अंजाम दिया। आतंकियों ने हंदवाड़ा के काजियाबाद इलाके में सीआरपीएफ की एक पट्रोलिंग टीम पर फायरिंग की। इस हमले में सीआरपीएफ के 3 CRPF जवान शहीद हो गए। इस हमले में शामिल एक आतंकी को मार गिराया गया।
