शर्मसार : बॉयफ्रेंड के साथ पकड़ा तो बेटी ने पापा को ही रेप केस में फंसाया…12 साल बाद हाईकोर्ट से लौटी इज्जत
मध्य प्रदेश। भोपाल में रिश्तों को शर्मसार करने वाला मामला सामने आया है। यहां पिता – पुत्री के रिश्तों की ऐसी कहानी सामने आई जिसे जानकर आप भी कहेंगे कि रिश्तों की कोई कद्र नहीं बची है। एक लड़की ने प्रेमी के बहकावे में आकर अपने पिता के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का झूठा केस दर्ज करवा दिया। कोर्ट ने पिता को आजीवन कारावास की सजा भी सुना दी। पिता 12 साल से जेल की सलाखों के पीछे है। अब जाकर हाईकोर्ट ने भोपाल जिला कोर्ट का फैसला निरस्त करते हुए पिता को जेल से रिहा करने का आदेश दिया है। हाई कोर्ट ने बेटी के द्वारा लगाए गए दुष्कर्म के आरोप को झूठा पाया है।
मामला भोपाल के छोला मंदिर पुलिस थाने का है। 21 मार्च 2012 को पीड़िता अपने नाना के साथ थाने पहुंची थी। उसने पुलिस को बताया था कि 18 मार्च 2012 को उसके पिता ने दुष्कर्म किया है। जांच करने के बाद पुलिस ने चालान पेश किया और सेशन कोर्ट ने 15 फरवरी, 2013 को पिता को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई। पिता ने साल 2013 में सजा के खिलाफ कोर्ट में अपील पेश की थी।वकील विवेक अग्रवाल ने दलील दी कि पीड़िता ने कई बार अपने बयान बदले हैं। एमएलसी रिपोर्ट में भी जबरन ज्यादती की बात सामने नहीं आई थी। सुनवाई के बाद हाई कोर्ट ने अपील स्वीकार कर सेशन कोर्ट के फैसले को निरस्त कर दिया है। अब 12 साल जेल में रहने के बाद पिता बाहर आएगा।जबलपुर हाई कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में कहा कि अभियोजन पक्ष योग्यता के आधार पर अपना केस स्थापित करने में पूरी तरह से विफल रहा है। पिता के वकील विवेक अग्रवाल ने हाई कोर्ट में बताया कि पीड़िता ने खुद अपने बयान में यह कहा है कि उसके पिता ने उसे प्रेमी के साथ आपत्तिजनक हालत में देख लिया था। साथ ही जमकर डांट लगाई थी। इसके बाद लड़की ने प्रेमी के बहकावे में आकर साथ मिलकर पिता के खिलाफ ही दुष्कर्म का केस दर्ज करवा दिया। इसके बाद भोपाल की कोर्ट ने पिता को आरोपी करार देते हुए आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुना दी। यह मामला उस समय काफी चर्चा में रहा था, तब समाज ने पिता को भला बुरा कहकर समाज के लिए कलंक बताया था।
