हाईकोर्ट का आदेश : बिलासपुर में खोलें कोरोना परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला

शराब दुकानें खोलने राज्य शासन द्वारा गठित समिति रद्द
बिलासपुर । छत्तीसगढ हाईकोर्ट ने सोमवार को जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए कटघोरा में कोरोना के बढते प्रकोप को ध्यान में रखते हुए बिलासपुर में कोरोना परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला खोलने 3 दिनों के भीतर कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया गया है और केंद्र सरकार को अगले 3 दिनों में इसे मंजूरी देने का भी निर्देश दिया गया है। साथ ही शराब की दुकान और बार खोलने के संबंध में गठित समिति को हाईकोर्ट ने रद्द कर दिया है।
मालूम हो कि छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश में लापता तबलीगी जमात के लोगों की जानकारी और रक्त जाँच, लॉकडाउन में शराब दुकान नहीं खोलने, पुलसिया लॉठीचार्ज, रोज खाने-कमाने वालों को मदद आदि मसलों पर हाईकोर्ट में जनहित याचिकाएं लगाई गई है। जिस पर छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट ने पहली बार वीडियो कान्फ्रेंस के जरिए याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई की। मामले पर आज सुनवाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने कटघोरा की घटना के मद्देनजर राज्य को बिलासपुर में कोरोना वायरस के लिए परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला स्थापित करने के लिए 3 दिनों के भीतर कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया गया है और केंद्र सरकार को अगले 3 दिनों में इसे मंजूरी देने का निर्देश दिया गया है। वहीं राज्य के डीजीपी और स्वास्थ्य सचिव को निजामुद्दीन मरकज में शामिल होने वाले व्यक्तियों के जिला वार डेटा को सर्च ऑपरेशन और फाइल एफिडेविट के साथ जारी रखने तथा इस संबंध में जानकारी एकत्रित करने का आदेश दिया है। मामले पर अगली सुनवाई 17 अप्रैल को तय किया गया है।
