कोरबा । कटघोरा ने संकट के मुहाने पर खड़ा किया छत्तीसगढ़ को,
नगर के कांग्रेसी नेता व मुस्लिम समाज के प्रमुख शेख इस्तियाक समेत 1 दर्जन से अधिक लोगों पर धारा144 के उल्लंघन का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण मामले में पुलिस ने जांच के दौरान पाया कि कामठी महाराष्ट्र के मुस्लिम समाज के 16 जमाती जो कटघोरा के जामा मस्जिद में ठहरे थे उनके द्वारा मस्जिद में मुस्लिम समाज को भीड़ में नमाज अदा की और दावत में शामिल हुए । जिला में धारा 144 लागू होने के बाद भी जमातियों को जान बूझकर जामा मस्जिद के इमाम मोहम्मद आमीर तथा अजान अदा करने वाले मोबिन खान एवं उसके भाई अब्दुल रहमान साथ ही मस्जिद के इंतजामकर्ता मोहम्मद खालिद, मोहम्मद शाहिद, साजिद मेमन तथा अदिल मोहम्मद एवं महमूद अली तथा कटघोरा के मुस्लिम समाज के प्रमुख व्यक्ति शेख इस्तियाक एवं उनका पुत्र साथ ही संयद अश्फाक अली एवं ग्राम जुराली के इलियास तथा रोशन वगैरह द्वारा जान बूझकर सामाजिक लोगों की जान को संकट में डाला। इस तरह मुस्लिम समाज के आरोपियों द्वारा एक राय होकर जनबूझकर धारा 144 की अवहेलना एवं उल्लंघन करने पर कार्यवाही की गई।कटघोरा के मस्जिद में जमातियों का ठहराने और भीड़ में एक साथ नमाज अदा करने का मामला पुलिस ने दर्ज किया है।
