बिहार के ग्यारह जिलों में धारा 144 लागू

पटना — कोरोना वायरस को लेकर सुरक्षा के तहत बिहार के कई जिलों में जिला प्रशासन ने 31 मार्च तक के लिये धारा 144 लागू कर दिया गया है। गत दिवस रविवार को सीतामढ़ी, नवादा और किशनगंज में धारा 144 लागू कर दी गयी जबकि इसके पूर्व आठ जिलों शिवहर, बांका ,भागलपुर, वैशाली, अरवल, समस्तीपुर, मुजफ्फरपुर व कटिहार में प्रशासन ने कहीं शनिवार तो कहीं होली में यह धारा लागू कर दी थी। इस तरह बिहार में अब तक 11 जिलों में धारा 144 लागू हो चुकी है। जेल के मुलाकातियों पर भी पाबंदी लगाने के साथ साथ राजनैतिक , धार्मिक एवं अन्य किसी भी तरह के कार्यक्रमों पर रोक है। गौरतलब है कि सरकार के आदेश के बाद बिहार में स्कूल, कॉलेज, आंगनबाड़ी , कोचिंग, पार्क, सिनेमाघर आदि को 31 मार्च तक के लिये बंद कर दिया गया है। वहीं ऐतिहासिक जलप्रपात ककोलत में भी निषेधाज्ञा लागू है।
धारा 144 लगाना गलत — मुख्यमंत्री
बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने विधानसभा में पत्रकारों से कोरोना वायरस से बचाव के लिये जिलों में धारा 144 लगाने को गलत करार देते हुये कहा कि इस धारा का इस्तेमाल कानून व्यवस्था के तहत किया जाता है। कोरोना से लोगों को जागरुक, सर्तक और सावधान करने की जरूरत है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोरोना से संक्रमित मरीजों के ईलाज का खर्च मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष से किया जायेगा। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने घोषणा की अगर किसी की मौत कोरोना से होती है तो चार लाख रुपये का मुआवजा भी दिया जायेगा।
