बलौदाबाजार/ कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी कार्तिकेया गोयल ने नोवल कोरोना वायरस (कोविड 19)संक्रमण की संभावनाओं को देखते हुए जिले मे किसी भी तरह के धरना, प्रदर्शन, रैली, सभाएं, जुलूस आदि को 5 अप्रैल तक प्रतिबंधित कर दिया गया है। यदि किसी परिस्थिति में धरना प्रदर्शन, रैली, सभाएं, जुलूस आदि की आवश्यकता होगी तो कलेक्टर की अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी कार्तिकेया गोयल ने कहा है कि अनुभाग, तहसील और विकासखण्ड़ स्तर में धरना प्रदर्शन,रैली सभाएं, जुलूस आदि की आवश्यकता होगी, तो अनुविभागीय दण्डाधिकारी को आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा। उन्होने जिले के सभी अनुविभागी दण्डाधिकारी से कहा है कि वे किसी भी परिस्थिति में कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी के अनुमति के बिना धरना, प्रदर्शन, रैली, सभाएं जुलूस आदि की अनुमति नही देंगे।
