बिलासपुर/कोटा । वर्तमान दिनों में हर किसी को कोरोना वाइरस ने दहशत में ला दिया है, लोगों में सेनटाइजर और मास्क लेने की होड़ मची हुई है और यह सही भी है। अलर्ट रहने में कोई बुराई नहीं है। परंतु हमें इन सावधानियों के साथ कोरोना वाइरस के संभावित खतरे से लड़ने के लिए हमारे शरीर के रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता/ इम्यूनिटी पावर में गुणवत्तापूर्ण बढोत्तरी एवं इसे बरकरार रखने में सहायक हर्बल टी का भी सेवन करने में लाभ प्राप्त होगा। इस हर्बल टी को आप अपने घर में भी बना सकते हैं। हर्बल टी के बारे में जानने से पहले थोड़ा कोरोना वाइरस को समझते हैं। जितनी जानकारी अबतक इसके बारे में पता चला है उसके हिसाब से यह तो कन्फर्म है कि करोना वाइरस फ्लू व सर्दी जुकाम के प्रारंभिक लक्षण से प्रारंभ होता है और अबतक जो जानकारी मिली है उसके अनुसार ये सीधे हमारे रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को इफेक्ट करता है। कोरोना वाइरस के लक्षण दिखने पर इसका समाधान विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक ही कर सकते हैं और इसके लिए हम सबको भी प्रारंभिक लक्षण दिखने पर विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकीय सलाह या संपर्क करना आवश्यक एवं अवश्यंभावी है। हम जो यहां पर हर्बल टी फार्मूला बताने जा रहे हैं वह कोरोना वाइरस का इलाज नहीं है परंतु प्रारंभिक लक्षणों जैसे सर्दी जुकाम खांसी जैसे सामान्य लक्षणों को रोकने तथा रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने में काफी असरकारक है साथ ही इसका कोई साइड इफेक्ट भी नहीं है।
इस हर्बल टी को तैयार करने के लिए सभी आवश्यक सामग्री प्राकृतिक है। इसके लिए हमें स्टीविया, काली तुलसी, हरी तुलसी के ताजी या सूखी पत्तियों एवं दलों को बराबर मात्रा में एक बर्तन पर दो कप पानी डालकर अच्छी तरह खौलाना है जब पानी में उबाल आ जाए तब दो से तीन दाने काली मिर्च, 1 लौंग, 1 इलायची, 1 इंच दालचीनी और दो से तीन लेमन ग्रास की पत्तियों तथा 1 इंच अदरक और छोटी सी कच्ची हल्दी को इस उबलते मिश्रण में डालकर इसे 3 मिनट खौलाना है। अब पूरी तरह से आपका हर्बल टी या काढ़ा बनकर तैयार है। इसे छानकर आप चाय की तरह इसका सेवन कर सकते हैं। वास्तव में यह काढ़ा ही है परंतु इसे हर्बल टी का नाम इसलिए दे रहे हैं क्योंकि इसका जायका बिल्कुल मार्केट में उपलब्ध ग्रीन टी या इससे बेहतर लग रहा है। चूंकि इसमें ना तो चाय की पत्ती का उपयोग किया गया है और ना ही शक्कर डाला गया है फिर भी स्टीविया की पत्तियों के वजह से इसका स्वाद चाय जैसे मिठा आता है परंतु शक्कर वाली चाय जैसे शुगर पेसेंट के लिए ये हानिकारक नहीं है क्योंकि इसमें उपयोग किया गया सभी सामग्री प्योर हर्ब और प्राकृतिक है। इस फार्मूले के आधार पर इस हर्बल टी का नियमित सेवन जायके के साथ कर सकते हैं विशेषकर वर्तमान संदर्भ में तो बहुत ही उपयोगी है क्योंकि इस हर्बल टी के सेवन से जायके के साथ रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता /इम्यूनिटी पावर बढ़ाने में भी कारगर है। डा सी वी रमन विश्वविद्यालय कोटा बिलासपुर में संचालित ग्रामीण प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग द्वारा वनौषधी पौधों के संरक्षण, संवर्धन, उत्पादन एवं हर्बल प्रोसेसिंग पर ग्रामीण प्रौद्योगिकी पाठ्यक्रम अंतर्गत अनुसंधान एवं अध्यापन कराया जाता है। साथ ही ग्रामीण प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग द्वारा विभिन्न हर्बल उत्पाद जैसे हर्बल साबुन, हर्बल रंग, हर्बल टी आदि उत्पादो के विषय में तकनीकी जानकारी के साथ साथ इच्छुक लोगों को प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान किया जाता है विस्तृत जानकारी हेतु ग्रामीण प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग डा सी वी रमन विश्वविद्यालय कोटा बिलासपुर में संपर्क किया जा सकता है।
