निर्भया के चारों दोषियों को तीन मार्च को होगी फाँसी

नई दिल्ली — निर्भया गैंगरेप और हत्या मामले में दोषियों के खिलाफ पटियाला कोर्ट ने आज नया डेथ वारंट जारी कर दिया है। जिसके अनुसार अब चारों दोषियों को एक साथ 03 मार्च की सुबह 06:00 बजे फांँसी दी जायेगी। तिहाड़ जेल के डीजी संदीप गोयल को भी नये डेथ वारंट का आधिकारिक आदेश सौंपा जा चुका है। कोर्ट के फैसले पर निर्भया की मांँ ने भी उम्मीद जताते हुये कहा है कि मैं सात साल से संघर्ष कर रही हूंँ और उम्मीद है कि अब 03 मार्च को निर्भया के दोषियों को फांँसी की सजा मिल जायेगी। वहीं दोषियों के वकील ए०पी० सिंह का कहना है कि अभी भी कानूनी विकल्प बाकी हैं। अक्षय के लिये अभी भी दया याचिका का विकल्प खुला है जिसका वह प्रयोग करेंगे। इसके अलावा खबर है कि दोषी विनय शर्मा भूख हड़ताल पर है।वहीं कोर्ट ने तिहाड़ जेल अधीक्षक को नियमानुसार दोषियों की देखभाल करने का आदेश दिया है।
