अमेरिका में नोबल पुरस्कार विजेता से मिले मुख्यमंत्री बघेल

कैम्ब्रिज (अमेरिका ) — मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने अपने अमेरिका प्रवास के दौरान एमआईटी केम्ब्रिज ऑन इकोनॉमिक्स में नोबल पुरस्कार विजेता और अर्थशास्त्री अभिजीत बनर्जी से सौजन्य मुलाकात की है। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने अर्थशास्त्री अभिजीत बनर्जी को नोबल पुरस्कार मिलने पर बधाई और शुभकामनायें दीं। इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने अपने टीम के साथ प्रो० बनर्जी से छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के आर्थिक विकास के विभिन्न प्रयोगों नरवा, गरुवा, घुरुवा और बाड़ी, हाॅट बाजार क्लिनिक योजना, सुपोषण अभियान और एथेनाल प्रोजेक्ट विषयों पर विस्तार से बातचीत की।
प्रो० बनर्जी ने छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के इन प्रत्येक प्रयोगों की सराहना की और इनके सफल प्रयोगों पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुये आर्थिक विकेन्द्रीकरण के लिये विशेष चिन्हित इलाकों को क्लस्टर अप्रोच से डिजाइन करने व माॅनिटरिंग पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने छत्तीसगढ़ आकर प्रयोगो को देखने की मुख्यमंत्री के अनुरोध को स्वीकार करते हुये जुलाई के आस पास छत्तीसगढ़ आने की अपनी सहमति भी दी है। इस अवसर पर छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्य सचिव मंडल, अपर मुख्य सचिव सुब्रत साहू, मुख्यमंत्री के प्रमुख सचिव गौरव द्विवेदी, मुख्यमंत्री के सलाहकार प्रदीप शर्मा एवं हार्वर्ड विश्वविद्यालय में अध्ययन कर रही प्रदेश की सचिव सुश्री एम० गीता भी उपस्थित थी। लगभग डेढ घंटे के इस संवाद के बाद प्रो. बनर्जी ने अपने हस्ताक्षर के साथ अपनी किताबें भी मुख्यमंत्री को भेंट की।
