जांजगीर । छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा हमर बेटी हमर मान अभिमान योजना प्रारंभ करने के उपरांत अनेक वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी, बुद्धिजीवी साहित्यकारों के अलग-अलग सकारात्मक विचार प्राप्त हो रहे हैं । इसी कड़ी में सुश्री सुनीता नाग बंजारे निरीक्षक थाना प्रभारी बम्हनीडीह ने भी इस पर विचार अस्मिता और स्वाभिमान पत्रिका को प्रेषित किए हैं । इनका मानना है कि छत्तीसगढ़ के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के मंशा अनुसार छत्तीसगढ़ में हमर बेटी हमार मान अभियान प्रारंभ किया गया है।
जैसा कि अभियान के नाम से विदित है कि हमारी बेटियां हमारी मान है और उनकी सूरक्षा एवं सशक्ति के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ शासन प्रशासन संवेदनशील है। बालिकाओं के सूरक्षा एवं सशक्तिकरण को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ही यह अभियान प्रारंभ किया गया है। किसी भी अपराध से बचने के लिए और सुरक्षित रहने के लिए बालिकाओं का स्वयं के प्रति जागरूक रहना नितांत आवश्यक है इसलिए इस अभियान के तहत महिला पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा बालिकाओं को उनके स्कूल कालेज जा कर कानून की जानकारी, गुड टच बैड टच, साइबर क्राईम की जानकारी दी जाएगी जिससे बालिकाओं को अपराध, उससे होने वाले दुष्परिणाम, कठिन परिस्थितियों स किस प्रकार सामना किया जाये,किस प्रकार पुलिस से सहायता प्राप्त की जा सकेगी इस संबंध में जानकारी प्राप्त होगी।जिससे बालिकाओं में जागरूकता उत्पन्न होगी और उनका मनोबल बढ़ेगा। साथ ही साथ उनमें विभिन्न विपरीत परिस्थितियों से लड़ने की क्षमता का विकास होगा।
इसके साथ ही हमर बेटी हमर मान अभियान के तहत बालिकाओं के विरुद्ध होने वाले अपराध का अनुसंधान यथासंभव महिला पुलिस अधिकारी के द्वारा किये जाने की पहल की गई है।
सामान्यतया बालिकाओं के साथ यदि कोई घटना घटित हो जाता है तो बालिकाऐं पुरूष पुलिस अधिकारी से घटना के संबंध में बताने में असहज महसूस करतीं हैं यदि बतातीं भी है तो शर्मिंदगी महसूस करतीं हैं जिसके कारण अपराध की विवेचना ठीक से नहीं हो पाता जिसका लाभ घटना करित करने वाले अपराधियों को मिलता है बालिकाऐं कानूनी प्रक्रिया में सहज हो सकें इसलिए इस अभियान में बालिकाओं के विरुद्ध होने वाले अपराध की विवेचना महिला पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा किए जाने की अवधारणा का समावेश किया गया है। हमर बेटी हमर मान अभियान निश्चित रूप से प्रभावी और प्रशंसनीय कदम है तथा भविष्य में यह बालिकाओं को एक सुरक्षित और सशक्त वातावरण प्रदान करने में सहायक होगा।
