टीम भूपेश ने जारी किया नगर निकाय चुनाव घोषणा पत्र, अनेक लोक लुभावनीय योजनाएं

रायपुर। कांग्रेस ने नगरीय निकाय के लिए घोषणापत्र जारी कर दिया है। इस घोषणापत्र में जो सबसे अधिक फोकस और ब्रांडेड वादा कहा जाएगा वो है मुख्यमंत्री मितान योजना (Chief Minister Mitan Yojana)। कांग्रेस इसके ज़रिए नगरीय निकाय में हर नागरिक से डोर टू डोर संपर्क का स्थाई तरीक़ा ले आई है। इस योजना के तहत सौ से अधिक सेवाओं को अब घर पहुँच सर्विस में बदला जाएगा, इन योजनाओं में बिजली बिल से लेकर डी एल शामिल है।इसके लिए मुख्यमंत्री मितान के रुप में बेरोज़गार युवाओं को शामिल किया जाएगा। हर नगरीय निकाय में इस मितान योजना के ज़रिए आठ से दस हज़ार युवाओं को रोज़गार मिलेगा।कांग्रेस का इरादा समावेशी विकास का दावा इसे पार्टी ने अपना टैग लाइन बनाया है।
बतादें हो कि चार पेज के घोषणा पत्र में कांग्रेस ने 10 बिंदुओं को शामिल किया है। इसमें पार्टी ने ऐसी योजनाओं को शामिल किया है जो पहले से ही राज्य में चल रही है या घोषणा पत्र में शामिल करने के लायक नहीं है। घोषणा पत्र में सरकार के 10 साल के काम काज पर ज्यादा फोकस किया गया है। बता दें कि 19 नवंबर को निकाय चुनाव के प्रचार थम जाएगा. ठीक इससे दो दिन पहले कांग्रेस ने अपना घोषणा पत्र जारी किया है। निकाय चुनाव के लिए कांग्रेस ने 10 बिंदुओं का घोषणा पत्र जारी किया है। 10 में से 4 घोषणाएं गांधी-नेहरू के नाम पर हैं। महात्मा गांधी शहरी सम्मान (Mahatma Gandhi Urban Award) पुरस्कार योजना, जवाहर जिम योजना, इंदिरा गांधी हरित अभियान, राजीव गांधी ज्ञानोदय केंद्र को शुरू करने का किया वादा कांग्रेस ने अपने घोषणा पत्र में किया है। कांग्रेस ने पुरानी योजनाओं को ही नए नाम से घोषणा पत्र में शामिल किया है।
साथ ही आर्थिक एवं कौशल विकास से समावेशी शहर का निर्माण, नरवा, गरवा, घुरवा बाड़ी, टेंकर मुक्स शहर और पेयजल, प्रशासनिक कसावट, पारदर्शिता और घर पहुंच सेवा, भू-अधिकार और पट्टाधारियों के पट्टे का नवीनीकरण, सफाई व्यवस्था जैसे मुद्दों को भी शामिल किया है। कांग्रेस ने अपने जन घोषणा पत्र में मुख्यमंत्री मितान योजना, इंदिरा गांधी हरित अभियान, जवाहर जिम योजना, राजीव गांधी ज्ञानोदय केंद्र, महात्मा गांधी शहरी सम्मान पुरस्कार, तालाबों में विसर्जन कुंड निर्माण, तालाब घाटों पर महिला चेंजिग रूम, वेंडिंग जोन को भी शामिल किया है. मालूम हो कि घोषणा पत्र समिति के अध्यक्ष डॉ. शिव डहरिया ने जन घोषणा पत्र जारी किया. इस दौरान सीएम भूपेश बघेल (CM Bhupesh Baghel), मंत्री शिव डहरिया, टीएस सिंहदेव, मो.अकबर भी कार्यक्रम में मौजूद थे।
