हाईपर रियलिस्टिक रंगोली से अपनी पहचान बनाने वाले कलाकार शिवा मानिकपुरी द्वारा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कला प्रदर्शनी रँगउत्सव का आयोजन 9 से 12 नवम्बर तक काठमांडू नेपाल के मिथिला याँ आर्ट गैलरी थामेल में किया जाएगा,जिसका इनॉग्रेशन नेपाल के प्रसिद्ध चित्रकार किरण मणिधर जी द्वारा किया जाएगा इस प्रदर्शनी में नेपाल और भारत के 26 कलाकार भाग ले रहे हैं। जो रंगोली, पेंटिंगऔर फोटॉग्राफी में अपना हुनर दिखाएँगे। इसमे रायपुर से इंदु चटर्जी, रश्मिस्वर्णकार, सोनल चांडक, स्मिता साहू, विपिनभगत, लीसा सोलंकी, द्रोण, विकास, जयप्रकाश, अमित सोनी, डॉली, मंजू भूमिका, कोमल की पेंटिग्स प्रदर्शित की जाएंगी।
