सुप्रीम कोर्ट का ऐतिहासिक फैसला रामजन्म भूमि अयोध्या में बनेगा राम मंदिर, मुस्लिम पक्ष को अन्यत्र 5 एकड़ जमीन दिया जाय

दिल्ली– सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज राम जन्मभूमि-बाबरी मस्जिद विवाद पर ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुना दिया है। चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई की अगुवाई में 5 जजों की संविधान पीठ ने इस मामले में आज फैसला सुनाया है। चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई ने सर्वसम्मति से फैसला सुनाया दिया है। कोर्ट ने निर्मोही अखाड़े के दावे को खारिज कर दिया है। राम जन्मभूमि न्यास को विवादित जमीन सौंपी गई है। मंदिर निर्माण के लिए ट्रस्ट बनाने कहा है, और मुस्लिम पक्ष को अयोध्या में 5 एकड़ जमीन देने कहा है।
आइए जानते हैं, सीजेआई ने क्या-क्या कहा है-
* सुप्रीम कोर्ट में शिया वक्फ बोर्ड की याचिका खारिज।
* खाली जमीन पर नहीं बनाई गई थी बाबरी मस्जिद।
* खुदाई में जो मिला वो इस्लामिक ढांचा नहीं है।
* 18वीं सदी तक नमाज का भी कोई रिकॉर्ड नहीं।
* मुस्लिम पक्ष दावा साबित करने में नाकाम
* अंग्रेजों के समय तक नमाज का कोई सबूत नहीं।
* सीजेआई रंजन गोगोई ने कहा कि बाबरी मस्जिद को मीर तकी ने बनाया था।
* सीजेआई रंजन गोगोई ने एएसआई रिपोर्ट के आधार पर अपने फैसले में कहा कि मंदिर तोड़कर मस्जिद बनाने की भी पुख्ता जानकारी नहीं है।
* हिन्दुओं की आस्था पर कोई विवाद नहीं है।
* आस्था और विश्वास के आधार पर मालिकाना हक का फैसला नहीं हो सकता है।
* 12वीं 16वीं सदी तक वहां क्या था इसका कोई सबूत नहीं है।
* हिंदू मुख्य गुंबद के नीचे राम जन्म का स्थान मानते हैं।
