बिलासपुर– साइबर क्राइम को लेकर पुलिस ने एक बड़े गिरोह का पर्दाफाश किया है। एटीएम कार्ड की क्लोनिंग कर पैसे उड़ाने वाले गिरोह के शातिर आरोपी का नाम टीपू सुल्तान है, जो सामाजिक न्याय के चलते लोगों के दिलों पर राज करने वाले “टीपू सुल्तान” के नाम पर कलंक निकला। टीपू ने अपने दोस्तों के साथ गिरोह बनाया, और देशभर के कई इलाकों में लोगों के लाखों रु पार कर दिए। पुलिस ने शातिर आरोपी और उसके दो साथियों समेत 3 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है, और उनसे पूछताछ कर रही है।
सीसीटीवी फुटेज से मिला सुराग
बीते 30 और 31 अक्टूबर को शहर के गोलबाजार, महाराणा प्रताप चौक, सीएमडी चौक के एसबीआई एटीएम से सात आठ लोगों के बैंक खाते से रकम पार कर दी गई थी। हैरानी इस बात की थी, कि इस दौरान सभी का एटीएम कार्ड उन्हीं के पास था। इसकी शिकायत पुलिस के पास आई तो पुलिस को यह समझने में एक पल नहीं लगा कि यह ठगी एटीएम क्लोनिंग के जरिये की गई है। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने एक टीम का गठन किया जिसने 30 और 31 अक्टूबर के वीडियो फुटेज इकट्ठा कर उनकी जांच की तो पाया, कि एक युवक बार-बार एटीएम फुटेज में नजर आ रहा है। जब पिछले 1 साल के फुटेज खंगाले गए तो लगभग सभी फुटेज में वह युवक नजर आया। पुलिस ने जब पड़ताल की तो पता चला, कि वह युवक एक फेरीवाला है, जो मसानगंज और तालापारा क्षेत्र में रहता है। वहीं उसके पास अक्सर बाहरी युवक आकर ठहरते हैं, और फिर कुछ दिन बाद चले जाते हैं। इसके बाद पुलिस ने घेराबंदी की, और सीसीटीवी में नज़र आने वाले आरोपी टीपू सुल्तान को धर दबोचा। उससे पुलिस को ढेरों जानकारी हासिल हुई।
दोस्तों के साथ बनाया गैंग
आरोपी ने बताया, कि उसके साथी देशभर में एटीएम क्लोनिंग कर लोगों को चूना लगा रहे हैं, लगभग सभी प्रदेशों के बड़े शहरों में इन लोगों ने वारदातों को अंजाम देते हुए लाखों रुपए उड़ा दिए हैं। आरोपी टीपू सुल्तान गया बिहार का रहने वाला अंजार खान, भागलपुर का चांद प्रसाद साह, सुंदरगढ़ का मोहम्मद इकराम, हाथी बाड़ी का मोहम्मद खुर्शीद खान, इब्राहिम एजाज खान और बिहार गया का अमन सिंह, कुंदन सिंह जैसे कई साथी बिलासपुर में भी एटीएम के माध्यम से लोगों के एटीएम कार्ड का क्लोन बना चुके हैं, और फिर अलग अलग एटीएम के माध्यम से उनके खाते से रकम पार कर दी गयी है। देश भर में घूम-घूम कर यह गिरोह फर्जी एटीएम कार्ड की मदद से लोगों के खाते से रकम पार कर चुके हैं।
पूछताछ में खुलेंगे कई राज
वहीं पुलिस पूछताछ में टीपू सुल्तान से जानकारी मिली कि ईद मिलाद मनाने उसके दो साथी मोहम्मद इकराम और अमित साहा बिलासपुर आने वाले हैं। इसके बाद पुलिस घात लगाए इंतजार कर रही थी । जैसे ही टीपू सुल्तान के 2 साथी बिलासपुर पहुंचे, पुलिस ने दोनों को धर दबोचा। इनके पास से कई एटीएम कार्ड, हजारों रुपए नगद मोबाइल और मोटरसाइकिल बरामद हुआ है। हालांकि इनका गिरोह बहुत बड़ा है और देश भर में फैला हुआ है। फिलहाल पुलिस के हत्थे केवल तीन ही आरोपी चढ़े हैं ,लेकिन पुलिस को उम्मीद है, कि इनके माध्यम से अन्य शातिर आरोपियों तक भी वह पहुंच जाएगी। पुलिस जांच में पता चला कि गिरोह उन एटीएम को निशाना बनाता है जहां गार्ड नहीं है और एटीएम असुरक्षित है। वहां अपना डिवाइस लगाकर यह लोग एटीएम की जानकारी कॉपी कर लेते हैं और फिर एटीएम का क्लोन बनाकर आराम से खाते से रकम पार कर देते हैं। इनके तार बिहार और उड़ीसा से जुड़े हुए हैं। वहीं इनका एक साथी बिलासपुर में तालापारा क्षेत्र में फेरीवाला बनकर आराम से रह रहा था जबकि उसका असली काम एटीएम फ्रॉड कर लोगों को ठगना था।
