भूपेश का ऐलान ओबीसी के आरक्षण हक की लड़ाई जारी रहेगी…

प्रदेश की भूपेश सरकार के 82 प्रतिशत आरक्षण पर हाईकोर्ट की रोक के बाद सीएम बघेल ने बड़ा बयान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा, कि 82 फीसदी आरक्षण का निर्णय सही था, सरकार कोर्ट में अपना पक्ष जरूर रखेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा, कि हाईकोर्ट ने सवर्णों को 10 फीसदी आरक्षण को स्वीकार किया। एससी वर्ग के लिए बढ़ाए गए आरक्षण को भी स्वीकार किया लेकिन ओबीसी वर्ग के लिए आरक्षण बढ़ाये जाने को स्वीकार नहीं किया गया। जबकि जनसंख्या के आधार पर ओबीसी वर्ग का आरक्षण 13 फीसदी बढ़ाया जाना सरकार का उचित फैसला था। मुख्यमंत्री ने ऐलान किया है, कि वो ओबीसी आरक्षण के लिए रूकेंगे नहीं लड़ाई लड़ेंगे।
क्या कहा कोर्ट ने
अब कोर्ट ने ओबीसी वर्ग के बढ़े हुए आरक्षण पर रोक लगा दी है। साथ ही कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार से इस मामले में चार सप्ताह के भीतर जवाब मांगा है। बताया जा रहा है कि कोर्ट ने 23 पेज का आदेश तैयार किया है। कोर्ट ने कहा है कि ओबीसी वर्ग के बढ़े हुए आरक्षण के संबंध में किसी तरह का विज्ञापन जारी नहीं किया जाएगा। हालांकि कोर्ट ने दस प्रतिशत सवर्ण आरक्षण पर कुछ नहीं कहा।
बता दें कि सरकार ने ओबीसी (OBC) आरक्षण 14 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 27 प्रतिशत कर दिया था। इसके साथ ही अनुसूचित जाति (SC) वर्ग का आरक्षण 12 से बढ़ाकर 13 फीसदी व अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग का 32 प्रतिशत कर दिया था। इसके साथ ही सवर्ण वर्ग के दस प्रतिशत आरक्षण लागू होने के बाद आरक्षण की सीमा बढ़कर 82 प्रतिशत हो गई थी।
