चौपाल,,,राम राम बरसाती भैया ,,, तब कुछ इसी तरह की सुमधुर आवाजो के साथ हमारी दिन की शुरुवात होती थी,,,,

सुन रेडियो की धुन,,, रायपुर ।आज घर की सफाई करते समय स्टोर रूम से एक पुराना रेडियो हाथ लगा जिसे देख कर बचपन याद हो आया. जब रेडियो का किसी के घर होना गर्व की बात होती. स्वतंत्रता दिवस परेड का प्रसारण हो या क्रिकेट मैच की कमेंट्री हम बच्चे भी घर के बड़ों के साथ उसे घेरे बैठे रहते. फिर अचानक समय को जैसे पंख लगा और शहर होते गांव में भी आधुनिकता की हवा पहुंची, अब रेडियो पर गाना सुनने से ज्यादा उसे टीवी पर देखना सुनना ज्यादा भाने लगा पर कहते हैं ना पुराना फैशन भी लौट कर जरूर आता है सो रेडियो का जमाना भी एक बार फिर लौट कर आया नए कलेवर में जब एफएम रेडियो स्टेशन आए। वैसे अगर संचार क्रांति की बात करें तो यह सही मायने में रेडियो के माध्यम से ही आया।रेडियो के अविष्कार के बाद इसका प्रयोग सेना द्वारा ही किया जाता था लेकिन इसकी उपयोगिता और आम लोगों तक अपनी बात पहुंचाने के लिए रेडियो का इस्तेमाल सरकारी कामों के लिए किए जाने लगा।


भारत में रेडियो प्रसारण की शुरुआत 1924 में हुआ और 1936 में पहले सरकारी रेडियो की शुरुआत हुई जिसका नाम इंपीरियल रेडियो ऑफ इंडिया था यही आगे चलकर ऑल इंडिया रेडियो बना जिसे हम आकाशवाणी भी कहते हैं। 1939 मैं दुतीय विश्वयुद्ध के दौरान रेडियो का लाइसेंस सरकार ने रद्द कर दिया ऐसे में रेडियो इंजीनियर नरीमन प्रिंटर ने रेडियो के पुर्जो को अलग करके छिपा दिया, उसके बाद उन्होंने नेशनल कांग्रेस रेडियो का प्रसारण शुरू किया जिसमें 1942 में गांधी द्वारा दिया गया नारा अंग्रेजों भारत छोड़ो का प्रसारण किया गया हालांकि 12 नवंबर 1942 में नरीमन गिरफ्तार हुए और यह रेडियो स्टेशन बंद कर दिया गया. पर इसी बीच जर्मनी के रेडियो में नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस ने वहां के रेडियो संदेश में तुम मुझे खून दो मैं तुम्हें आजादी दूंगा का नारा लगाया।


आजादी के बाद 1957 में ए आई आर( AIR) का नाम बदलकर आकाशवाणी रख दिया गया स्वतंत्रता के समय देश में मात्र 6 रेडियो स्टेशन हुआ करते थे जिनकी पहुंच 11% लोगों तक थे पर आज आकाशवाणी के 231 केंद्र और 373 ट्रांसमीटर हैं जिनकी पहुंच 99% लोगों तक है आकाशवाणी केंद्रों द्वारा 24 भाषाओं में कार्यक्रम का प्रसारण होता है। रेडियो न सिर्फ मनोरंजन सूचना और शिक्षा का सशक्त माध्यम है बल्कि भाषाई धरोहर संस्कृति और लोकजीवन से जुड़ा सर्व सुलभ माध्यम भी है आज रेडियो सुनने के लिए भी रेडियो की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती बल्कि उसे हम अपने टीवी मोबाइल और कंप्यूटर पर भी सुन सकते हैं, यु तो रेडियो की महत्ता और लोकप्रियता हमेशा ही उत्कर्ष पर है लेकिन एक वक्त ऐसा भी आया जब टेलीविजन ने हमारे घरों में दस्तक दी फिर यूं लगा कि रेडियो के दिन लग गए पर रेडियो की सांसे यानी तरंगे तब भी हवा में बहती रही और जब लोगों का टीवी से मोहभंग हुआ तो वह फिर लौट आए आवाजों की दुनिया यानी अपने रेडियो के करीब।


आज जबकि सूचना के कई आधुनिक माध्यम उपलब्ध हैं हमारे पास, पर रेडियो के समाचारों की विश्वसनीयता आज भी दूसरों माध्यमों से कहीं अधिक है और मनोरंजन के लिए एफएम रेडियो सबसे अच्छा विकल्प माना जाता है युवा वर्ग में एफएम रेडियो का क्रेज देखते ही बनता है तो वही ग्रामीण क्षेत्र आकाशवाणी के कार्यक्रमों द्वारा खेती किसानी की जानकारी लोक संगीत सूचनाएं प्राप्त करते हैं। 2014 में रेडियो की दुनिया में एक हलचल सी मची जब हमारे देश के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अपने मन की बात कहने के लिए आकाशवाणी को चुना इसकी वजह यह थी की आकाशवाणी की पहुंच सुदूर अंचलों में से लेकर घने जंगलों तक भी है और वहां तक भी रेडियो की आवाज आसानी से पहुंच जाती है जहां तक जाना आपके और हमारे लिए मुश्किल होता है। इसी तर्ज पर प्रदेश के मुखिया ने रेडियो को कभी अपनी गोट बात का माध्यम बनाया तो कभी जन चौपाल के माध्यम से लोगों के मन की सुनने और समझने की कोशिश की। चलते चलते एक और आखरी और जरूरी बात यह कि आधुनिक मनोरंजन के साधन जैसे टीवी मोबाइल और कंप्यूटर के लगातार इस्तेमाल से होने वाले दुष्प्रभाव के बारे में आपने अनेकों बार पढ़ा सुना और अनुभव किया होगा लेकिन रेडियो के सुनने के दुष्प्रभाव आपने नहीं सुने होंगे क्योंकि रेडियो वह माध्यम है जिसे लगातार सुनने से एकाग्रता बढ़ती है उस में प्रसारित होने वाले कार्यक्रम हमारे ज्ञान में वृद्धि करते हैं हमारी कल्पनाशीलता को बढ़ाते हैं और समधुर गीत संगीत तनाव को दूर कर देते हैं तो अगर फुर्सत के पल में मन गुनगुनाना चाहे तो उसे रेडियो का साथ दे।
