बलौदा बाजार- काउंटर की लंबाई में नाप कर बेचे जा रहे हैं टेलरिंग आइटम। ऐसे ही माप को आधार बनाकर विक्रय किया जा रहा है इलेक्ट्रिक वायर और वायर लाइट। साथ में सबमर्सिबल पंप के केबल भी ऐसे ही नाप कर दिए जा रहे हैं किसानों और उन घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को जो इन सामानों की खरीदी करने बाजार पहुंच रहे हैं।
नियम है हर वह वस्तु जो नापतौल कर बेची जाती है उन्हें बराबर माप कर दिए जाने की, लेकिन कड़ाई केवल उन मिठाई दुकानों पर बरती जाती है जो डिब्बों के साथ मिठाई का वजन करते हैं। खाद्य तेल और जरूरी दूसरे खाद्य सामग्रियों के पैक में वजन की मात्रा का अंकित किया जाना भी जरूरी है लेकिन टेलरिंग और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गुड्स बेचने वाले अब तक विभाग की आंख से बचे हुए हैं जो मीटर रॉड या मीटर टेप की जगह काउंटर की लंबाई का सहारा लेकर ऐसे समान बेचते आ रहे हैं।
यहां रोज उल्लंघन——
टेलरिंग का सामान बेचने वाली संस्थानों में हर घंटे नियम तोड़े जा रहे हैं। ऐसी संस्थानों में रिबन, लेस, इलास्टिक, कॉलर और बाहों में लगाए जाने वाले बकरम की नाप टेप मीटर या मीटर रॉड में नहीं बल्कि टेबल की लंबाई को आधार बनाकर ऐसे सामान बेचे जाते हैं। रोज खरीदना है, यह सोच मीटर रॉड या मीटर टेप से माप कर मांग में बाधा बनती है।
ये भी कम नही—–
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गुड्स बिजनेस लगातार बेखौफ होकर माप नियमों को तोड़ रहा है। थोक खरीदी में पैक बंडल की पैकिंग पर लंबाई और वजन की मात्रा अंकित होती है लेकिन चिल्हर खरीदी में यहां भी वायर, पंप के केबल और सर्विस वायर की लंबाई नापने के लिए इन संस्थानों में भी टेबल की लंबाई ही आधार बनती रही है। इनके अलावा मरम्मत करने वाले दुकानदार भी ऐसी ही अपनी खुद की बनाई व्यवस्था का सहारा ले रहे।
पूरे जिले का हाल ऐसा ही
उपभोक्ता हितों के साथ पूरा न्याय हो, इसके लिए जिला विधिक माप विज्ञान केंद्र लगातार जांच करता रहा है लेकिन टेलरिंग आइटम और इलेक्ट्रिक गुड्स कारोबार बेखौफ होकर नियम तोड़ रहा है। शहर से लेकर गांव तक पूरे जिले में ऐसे ही आधार बनाकर इन सामानों की बिक्री की जा रही है। इस तरह की जानकारियां और शिकायत मिलने के बाद बड़ी कार्यवाही की तैयारी है।

नियम के अनुसार ऐसी कोई भी वस्तु जो वजन या लंबाई-चौड़ाई के आधार पर बेची जाती है उन पर नियम समान रूप से प्रभावी होंगे। इलेक्ट्रिक गुड्स और टेलरिंग सामान बेचने वालों को भी मीटर टेप या मीटर रॉड की मदद से नाप करने के बाद ही सामानों की बिक्री करनी होगी।
