82 प्रतिशत आरक्षण के विरुद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल

छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा लागू किए गए 82 फीसदी आरक्षण मामले में हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई है। याचिकाकर्ता ने आरक्षण को असंतुलित बताते हुए राज्य सरकार के अध्यादेश को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशों के खिलाफ बताया है। बिलासपुर के रहने वाले अधिवक्ता आदित्य तिवारी ने आरक्षण के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 1992 में इंदिरा साहनी बनाम भारत संघ के फैसले में ये आदेश है कि किसी भी राज्य में 50 फीसदी से ज्यादा आरक्षण लागू नहीं किया जा सकता है। इस आदेश में आरक्षण के लिए फार्मूला बनाया गया है, जिसे ध्यान में रखते हुए आरक्षण नीति लागू करना चाहिए। याचिका में कहा गया है कि 82 फीसदी आरक्षण से रोस्टर में सामान्य वर्ग के लिए जगह ही नहीं बची है, जिससे मध्यम वर्गीय सामान्य परिवार को सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान होगा।
