छजका अध्यक्ष अमित जोगी की जमानत याचिका को लेकर प्रारंभिक सुनवाई हाईकोर्ट में हुई। जिसमें हाईकोर्ट ने केस डायरी तलब की है। वहीं राज्य सरकार ने एक रिपोर्ट सीधे हाईकोर्ट को सौंपी जिसमें यह दावा है कि, अमित जोगी पूरी तरह स्वस्थ्य हैं।
दोपहर करीब एक बजकर पंद्रह मिनट पर, जस्टिस आर सी एस सामंत के कोर्ट में अमित जोगी प्रकरण पर सुनवाई शुरु हुई। जोगी की ओर से प्रकरण में जमानत दिए जाने के पक्ष में इसी मसले पर हाईकोर्ट के पूर्व फ़ैसले को आधार बताया गया और अमित जोगी की मेडिकल बुलेटिन पेश की गई जिसके आधार पर दावा किया गया कि अमित जोगी गंभीर बीमार हैं और उन्हे बेहतर चिकित्सा की आवश्यकता है। जबकि यह दलील दी जा रही थी राज्य सरकार की ओर से एक रिपोर्ट पेश की गई जिसमें अमित जोगी को लेकर रिपोर्ट यह दावा करती है
“ राज्य सरकार ने रायपुर के पाँच चिकित्सकों के मेडिकल दल ने अमित जोगी के स्वास्थ्य की जाँच की है..अमित जोगी पूरी तरह स्वस्थ्य हैं”
बचाव पक्ष के अधिवक्ता ने कोर्ट को सीधे रिपोर्ट सौंपे जाने पर दलील दी कि, हमें इसकी कोई जानकारी ही नही है यह जाँच कब हुई, हमें इसकी कॉपी दी जाए।
कोर्ट ने बचाव पक्ष को राज्य सरकार की ओर से पेश मेडिकल रिपोर्ट की कॉपी उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
राज्य सरकार की ओर से महाधिवक्ता सतीश चंद्र वर्मा और घनश्याम पटेल उपस्थित थे। वहीं अमित जोगी की ओर से अधिवक्ता गैरी मुखोपाध्याय और विवेक शर्मा पैरवी कर रहे थे।
