^{यह मामला सिविल लाइन थाना क्षेत्र का है, जहां कांग्रेसी नेता, पूर्व महापौर किरणमयी नायक अन्य कांग्रेसी नेताओं के साथ अमित जोगी के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कराने पहुंची थी। किरणमयी नायक ने आरोप लगाया है कि अमित जोगी ने उन्हें व्हाट्सएप पर मुख्यमंत्री और महाधिवक्ता पर आपत्तिजनक शब्दों का प्रयोग करते हुए मैसेज भेजा है।}

^{इस मामले में सिविल लाइन थाना प्रभारी सुशांत बैनर्जी ने बताया कि- ‘आज मंगलवार शाम करीब 8 बजे किरणमयी नायक और अन्य कांग्रेसी नेताओं ने लिखित शिकायत की है। क़ानूनी आंकलन के बाद मामले में कार्यवाही की जाएगी।’}
