उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ियों को शासकीय सेवा में नियुक्त करने की होगी व्यवस्था, प्रदेश की खेल प्रतिभाओं को निखारने में निभाएंगे अहम भूमिका
रायपुर, 30 जून 2026।मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय की अध्यक्षता में आज उनके निवास कार्यालय में उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ी घोषित करने के लिए गठित उच्चस्तरीय समिति की बैठक आयोजित हुई। बैठक में उपमुख्यमंत्री अरुण साव सहित समिति के सदस्यों ने वर्ष 2018-19 एवं 2019-20 के लिए प्राप्त आवेदनों पर विस्तृत विचार-विमर्श किया तथा सभी पहलुओं की समीक्षा के बाद 156 उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ियों के चयन को अंतिम स्वरूप प्रदान किया। इनमें 20 अलग-अलग खेलों के खिलाड़ी शामिल हैं।
बैठक में अनुमोदित 156 खिलाड़ियों की सूची को सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग को भेजा जाएगा। सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा इसे अधिसूचित करने के बाद खिलाड़ियों को शासकीय सेवा में लेने के लिए आवश्यक कार्यवाही प्रारंभ होगी। राज्य के खिलाड़ी लंबे समय से इस सूची की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे थे। मुख्यमंत्री साय की अध्यक्षता में आज हुई उच्च स्तरीय बैठक के बाद खिलाड़ियों का यह इंतजार जल्द समाप्त हो जाएगा।
बैठक के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि प्रदेश की खेल प्रतिभाओं को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए पारदर्शी, समयबद्ध और प्रोत्साहन आधारित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि चयनित उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ियों को पात्रता के अनुरूप उन्हें शासकीय सेवा में नियुक्ति दिलाने के लिए आवश्यक प्रक्रिया और व्यवस्था की जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इन खिलाड़ियों का अनुभव और उपलब्धियां प्रदेश की नई खेल प्रतिभाओं के लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत हैं, इसलिए उनकी सेवाओं का उपयोग खेल प्रशिक्षण, प्रतिभा संवर्धन और खिलाड़ियों के मार्गदर्शन में भी किया जाना चाहिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने बैठक में कहा कि राज्य सरकार का उद्देश्य केवल खिलाड़ियों को सम्मानित करना नहीं, बल्कि ऐसी मजबूत खेल व्यवस्था विकसित करना है, जहां गांव से लेकर राज्य स्तर तक प्रतिभाओं की समय रहते पहचान हो, उन्हें आधुनिक प्रशिक्षण, बेहतर संसाधन और प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक अवसर उपलब्ध कराए जाएं। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से खेल गतिविधियों को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाने तथा खेल प्रतिभाओं के लिए अनुकूल वातावरण तैयार करने पर विशेष जोर दिया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रदेश में खेलों के समग्र विकास के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। खेल अधोसंरचना के विस्तार, आधुनिक सुविधाओं के विकास तथा नई खेल अकादमियों की स्थापना की दिशा में लगातार कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। सरकार का लक्ष्य ऐसे उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ी तैयार करना है जो राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिताओं में छत्तीसगढ़ और देश का गौरव बढ़ाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि आज चयनित खिलाड़ी भविष्य में नई पीढ़ी के खिलाड़ियों को प्रशिक्षित कर प्रदेश में खेल संस्कृति को और मजबूत बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगे।
बैठक में बताया गया कि राज्य में अब तक 182 उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ी घोषित किए जा चुके हैं। इसी क्रम में वर्ष 2018-19 एवं 2019-20 के लिए पूर्व में विज्ञापन जारी कर आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए थे। प्राप्त आवेदनों के परीक्षण और निर्धारित मानकों के आधार पर 156 खिलाड़ियों को पात्र पाया गया।
