ट्रांसफार्मरों में अत्याधिक लोड से विद्युत आपूर्ति में आ रही समस्या, विद्युत लोड़ की सही जानकारी देकर बिजली संकट से बचें – ईडी अम्बस्थ
बिलासपुर, 28 अप्रैल 2026 – प्रदेश के साथ ही जिले में गर्मी बढ़ने के कारण घरों तथा विभिन्न संस्थानों में कूलर और एसी का उपयोग बहुत अधिक बढ़ गया है। कई बार उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा बिजली कनेक्शन में जितना लोड रिकार्ड है उससे कई गुना अधिक उपयोग किया जा रहा है, जिसके कारण ट्रांसफार्मर के डीओ गिर रहे हैं साथ ही बार-बार फ्यूज उडने की शिकायत भी प्राप्त हो रही है परिणामस्वरूप लोगों को कई बार बिजली आपूर्ति संबंधी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है।
राज्य में बिजली उत्पादन तथा उसकी आपूर्ति पर्याप्त मात्रा में हो रही है, परंतु समस्या स्थानीय स्तर पर है विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा घरों के बिजली कनेक्शन में जितना लोड ले रखा है उससे कहीं अधिक खपत किया जा रहा है, जिन घरों में कूलर और पंखे चला करते थे वहां पर अब एक नहीं दो और तीन एसी चल रहे हैं, जहां कूलर हैं वहां पर एक के स्थान पर तीन या उससे अधिक उपयोग किया जा रहा है। इस क्षमता के अनुरूप ट्रांसफार्मर स्थापित नहीं होने के कारण ट्रांसफार्मरों का फ्यूज उड़ने और उनका डीओ गिरने से लोगों को बार-बार विद्युत आपूर्ति में कठिनाईयों का सामना पड़ता है। इस समस्या से निपटने के लिए विभाग ने प्रत्येक जोन कार्यालय में कर्मचारियों को तैनात रखा है, जैसे ही सूचना मिलती है वे वहां पहुंचकर ट्रांसफार्मर में सुधार कार्य करते हैं। कई बार लोड ज्यादा होने तथा हुकिंग के माध्यम से बिजली चोरी रोकने के लिए अनेक स्थानों पर लगाए गए केबलों में अत्याधिक गर्मी और धूप के कारण केबल आपस में चिपककर शार्ट होने लगे हैं। जिसकी वजह से कई स्थानों पर केबल पर शार्ट सर्किट की वजह से तार टूट जाते हैं, परिणामस्वरूप विद्युत प्रवाह बाधित हो जाती है।
बिलासपुर क्षेत्र के कार्यपालक निदेशक ए.के.अम्बस्थ ने कहा कि आम जनता अगर अपने घरों के खपत की सही जानकारी विभाग को दे तो उसकी क्षमता के अनुसार ट्रांसफार्मर लगाकर समस्या को कम किया जा सकता है। इस संबंध में श्री अम्बस्थ ने बताया कि उपभोक्ताओं के घर के स्वीकृत लोड का आकलन हर माह किया जाता है। लगातार 3 माह तक स्वीकृत भार से अधिक बिजली बिल की खपत होने पर स्वतः ही अधिकतम बिजली भार (लोड) के अनुसार बिल जारी किया जाता है और अधिकतम भार को ही मान्य किया जाता है।
