बिलासपुर।पीतांबरा पीठाधीश्वर आचार्य डॉ. दिनेश महाराज ने बताया कि अन्नकूट उत्सव, जिसे गोवर्धन पूजा भी कहते हैं, भारतीय संस्कृति और धर्म का एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण पर्व है। यह दीपावली के अगले दिन कार्तिक मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की प्रतिपदा को मनाया जाता है।
अन्नकूट उत्सव: प्रकृति, भक्ति और प्रसाद का महापर्व
अन्नकूट का शाब्दिक अर्थ है “अन्न का ढेर” या “अन्न का पर्वत”। यह पर्व भगवान श्री कृष्ण की गोवर्धन लीला और प्रकृति के प्रति आभार प्रकट करने का प्रतीक है। यह उत्सव हमें याद दिलाता है कि जीवनयापन के लिए अन्न, जल और पशुधन ही हमारे सच्चे देवता हैं।
अन्नकूट उत्सव मनाने के पीछे भगवान श्री कृष्ण की गोवर्धन लीला की कथा है, जो द्वापर युग में हुई थी:
इंद्र का अहंकार भंग: ब्रजवासी पहले देवराज इंद्र की पूजा करते थे, ताकि वे वर्षा करें। भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने ब्रजवासियों को यह समझाया कि उन्हें इंद्र के बजाय गोवर्धन पर्वत की पूजा करनी चाहिए, क्योंकि गोवर्धन पर्वत ही वनस्पति, जल और पशुधन का आश्रय है।
गोवर्धन धारण: श्री कृष्ण की बात मानकर ब्रजवासियों ने गोवर्धन पर्वत की पूजा की। इससे क्रोधित होकर इंद्र ने मूसलधार वर्षा से पूरे ब्रज को डुबोने का प्रयास किया।
रक्षार्थ लीला: तब भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने, अपनी छोटी उंगली (कनिष्ठा) पर पूरे गोवर्धन पर्वत को उठा लिया और सात दिनों तक ब्रजवासियों व उनके पशुओं को उसकी छाया में सुरक्षित रखा।
उत्सव का आदेश: सातवें दिन इंद्र का अहंकार टूटा और वर्षा बंद हुई। इसके बाद, श्री कृष्ण ने सभी ब्रजवासियों को आज्ञा दी कि वे प्रतिवर्ष इस दिन गोवर्धन पर्वत की पूजा करें और अन्न का पर्वत (अन्नकूट) बनाकर भोग लगाएं।तभी से यह दिन अन्नकूट और गोवर्धन पूजा के रूप में मनाया जाने लगा। यह पर्व दर्शाता है कि सच्ची भक्ति में ही शक्ति होती है, और हमें प्रकृति के संसाधनों का सम्मान करना चाहिए।
अन्नकूट उत्सव में मुख्य रूप से तीन की पूजा का विधान है:
भगवान श्रीकृष्ण वे अन्नकूट उत्सव के केंद्र में हैं। उनकी पूजा गोवर्धन पर्वत उठाकर भक्तों की रक्षा करने के उपलक्ष्य में की जाती है।
गिरिराज गोवर्धन पर्वत गोबर (गाय के गोबर) या अनाज से गोवर्धन पर्वत का प्रतीक बनाकर उसकी परिक्रमा और पूजा की जाती है। यह हमें प्रकृति और पर्यावरण का सम्मान करना सिखाता है।
गौ-माता और पशुधन गायों, बैलों और खेती में काम आने वाले पशुओं को स्नान कराकर, सजाकर और विशेष भोग लगाकर उनकी पूजा की जाती है। वे कृषि और जीवनयापन का आधार हैं।
अन्नकूट प्रसाद खाने के नियम (प्रसाद ग्रहण का विधान)* अन्नकूट को भगवान श्री कृष्ण का महाप्रसाद माना जाता है। इसे ग्रहण करने के कुछ नियम और भावनाएं हैं, जिनका पालन करना चाहिए-
सात्विक शुद्धता: अन्नकूट के लिए बनाए गए सभी व्यंजन पूर्णतः सात्विक होने चाहिए। इनमें लहसुन, प्याज या अन्य तामसिक (गैर-सात्विक) सामग्री का उपयोग वर्जित है।
नए अन्न का प्रयोग: यह पर्व नए अनाज (फसलों) की शुरुआत का भी प्रतीक है। इसलिए, अन्नकूट में विभिन्न प्रकार की ताजी और मौसमी सब्जियों (लगभग 56 प्रकार तक) का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
भोग लगाना अनिवार्य: अन्नकूट को तब तक ग्रहण नहीं किया जाता, जब तक उसे विधिवत भगवान श्री कृष्ण और गोवर्धन पर्वत को अर्पित न कर दिया जाए।
प्रसाद रूप में ग्रहण: अन्नकूट को केवल एक भोजन के रूप में नहीं, बल्कि भगवान के प्रसाद के रूप में अत्यंत श्रद्धा और भक्ति भाव से ग्रहण करना चाहिए।
परिवार और भक्तों में वितरण: पूजा संपन्न होने के बाद, अन्नकूट को सबसे पहले परिवार के सदस्यों और मंदिर में उपस्थित भक्तों में बांटा जाता है। इसे स्वयं रखने या अगले दिन के लिए बचाकर रखने की प्रवृत्ति से बचना चाहिए।
उल्लास और प्रसन्नता: धार्मिक मान्यता है कि अन्नकूट के दिन व्यक्ति को प्रसन्न और आनंदित रहना चाहिए। यदि कोई इस दिन दुखी रहता है, तो वह वर्षभर दुखी रह सकता है। इसलिए, इसे खुशी-खुशी स्वीकार करना चाहिए।
व्यर्थ न करें: प्रसाद का एक भी कण बर्बाद करना या फेंकना नहीं चाहिए। यह अन्न का अनादर माना जाता है।
मान्यता: ऐसा माना जाता है कि जो व्यक्ति अन्नकूट का प्रसाद ग्रहण करता है, उसे वर्षभर आरोग्य (स्वास्थ्य) और लंबी आयु प्राप्त होती है, और उसके घर में अन्न की कभी कमी नहीं होती।
