195 को पीएचडी एवं 189 विद्यार्थियों को गोल्ड मेडल से नवाजा : राज्यपाल ने विद्यार्थियों को दी जीवन मूल्यों की सीख
बिलासपुर, 17 अक्टूबर 2025/राज्यपाल रमेन डेका कोटा स्थित डॉ. सीवी रमन विश्वविद्यालय के दूसरे दीक्षांत समारोह में शामिल हुए। उन्होंने 195 विद्यार्थियों को पीएचडी को उपाधि और 189 विद्यार्थियों को गोल्ड मेडल प्रदान किया। उन्होंने इस दौरान विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा प्रकाशित दीक्षांत स्मारिका सहित अन्य प्रकाशनों का विमोचन किया। अपने प्रेरणादायक उद्बोधन में उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को समर्पण, अनुशासन और निरंतर परिश्रम को जीवन का मूल मंत्र बताते हुए सफलता की दिशा में आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि भाषा ज्ञान का माध्यम है, बाधा नहीं। केवल अंग्रेजी जानने से कोई ज्ञानी नहीं बन जाता। भाषा ज्ञान प्राप्त करने का माध्यम हो सकती है, लेकिन यह बाधा कभी नहीं बन सकती। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी भाषा में सच्चा ज्ञान तभी प्राप्त होता है जब हम उसमें मन, मस्तिष्क और व्यवहार से जुड़ते हैं। राज्यपाल ने दीक्षांत को सिर्फ एक समापन नहीं, बल्कि एक नई शुरुआत करार दिया।
कार्यक्रम में केन्द्रीय आवासन एवं शहरी विकास राज्य मंत्री तोखन साहू, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री टंकराम वर्मा, बेलतरा विधायक सुशांत शुक्ला, डॉ. सीव्ही रमन विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति संतोष चौबे, कुलपति डॉ. प्रदीप कुमार घोष, कुलसचिव डॉ. अरविन्द कुमार तिवारी, आईआईटी भिलाई के निदेशक प्रोफेसर राजीव प्रकाश, आइसेक्ट समूह के सचिव डॉ. सिद्वार्थ चतुर्वेदी, कलेक्टर संजय अग्रवाल, एसएसपी रजनेश सिंह सहित विश्वविद्यालय के शिक्षक एवं बड़ी संख्या में विद्यार्थी उपस्थित थे।
राज्यपाल डेका ने सफलता के तीन मुख्य स्तंभों दृढ़ता, कड़ी मेहनत और अनुशासन पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि यही वे गुण हैं जो किसी भी व्यक्ति को लक्ष्य तक पहुंचा सकते हैं। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को अपने माता-पिता और समाज के प्रति आभार प्रकट करने की सीख दी। जितनी भी सफलता आप जीवन में प्राप्त करें, अपने माता-पिता और मूल्यों को कभी न भूलें। समाज ने हमें बहुत कुछ दिया है अब हमें सोचना है कि हमने समाज को क्या दिया। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को समय का प्रभावी प्रबंधन करने का सुझाव देते हुए कहा कि आपके पास आज समय और स्थान दोनों हैं। इनका सदुपयोग करें, क्योंकि यही आपकी सबसे बड़ी पूंजी हैं। राज्यपाल डेका ने कहा कि शिक्षा केवल डिग्री नहीं, बल्कि चरित्र निर्माण का माध्यम होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि शिक्षक और विद्यार्थी के बीच आपसी संवाद, विश्वास और प्रेरणा का रिश्ता होना चाहिए। शिक्षा समावेशी होनी चाहिए और सीखने की प्रक्रिया कभी समाप्त नहीं होती। अपने संबोधन के समापन में राज्यपाल ने सीवी रमन विश्वविद्यालय को भविष्य में एक प्रमुख शैक्षणिक संस्थान बनने की शुभकामनाएं दीं। उन्होंने आशा जताई कि यह विश्वविद्यालय आने वाले वर्षों में महत्वपूर्ण कीर्तिमान स्थापित करेगा।
केंद्रीय आवासन एवं शहरी विकास एवं राज्य मंत्री तोखन साहू ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि सपनों को हकीकत में बदलने के लिए समर्पण, अनुशासन और समय का सही उपयोग अनिवार्य है। उन्होंने युवाओं से निरंतर सीखते रहने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि बदलती तकनीक के साथ अपडेट रहना आज की सबसे बड़ी जरूरत है, लेकिन मानवीय मूल्यों का विकास भी उतना ही जरूरी है। यह अमृतकाल है, 2047 तक भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाना है, जिसमें युवाओं की अहम भूमिका होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सफलता उन्हें नहीं मिलती जो अवसर की प्रतीक्षा करते हैं, बल्कि उन्हें मिलती है जो अवसर खुद बनाते हैं। साहू ने युवाओं से समय का सदुपयोग करने, आत्मनिर्भर बनने और समाज के प्रति जिम्मेदारी निभाने का संदेश दिया। उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री टंकराम वर्मा ने कहा कि दीक्षांत केवल शिक्षा की पूर्णता नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्र निर्माण में आपके सक्रिय शुरूआत का योगदान है।
कुलाधिपति संतोष चौबे ने विश्विद्यालय का प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत किया। उन्होंने बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा अब तक किये गये नवाचारों और उपलब्धियों की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि यहां कौशल विकास के लिए विशेष प्रयास किया जा रहा है। अब तक दो हजार विद्यार्थियों को कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण दिया जा चुका है। नैक द्वारा यूनिवर्सिटी को ग्रेड ए मिला है। कार्यक्रम में डॉ. सिद्वार्थ चतुर्वेदी ने आभार प्रदर्शन किया।
